Hotel information
The inn was first mentioned in documents in 1476. It is thus one of the oldest buildings in St. Wolfgang and served as a hospice for pilgrims and a brewery at that time.
In 1694 a bakery was also opened in the building. The additional name “Seeböckenhaus” was then added to the inn’s name.
Food & beverage
Enjoy local and international dishes, vegetarian specialities, salads and homemade warm pastries and cakes in the hotel’s restaurant. You can also dine in the garden in the shade of lime and chestnut trees.
Area information
Sport activities like swimming, water sports, cycling and horseback riding are available in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy beautiful hiking trails and a ride on the traditional Schafbergbahn rack railway, which goes up to 1,783 metres above sea level. There is also the possibility of discovering this beautiful region by ship with the Wolfgangsee navigation service.
