Having a prime location directly on the calm and sunny shores of Lake Millstatt, Seefels Appartements offers a rowing boat and 2 mountain bikes for guests to use free of charge. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the lake from their private balcony or relax in the sunbeds on the beach, directly in front of the house. The self-catered Seefels Appartements have a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a satellite TV in the living room and a comfortable seating area. Wi-Fi access is free. In winter, guests can go ice-skating on the frozen lake or get active on the slopes of Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald. Both can be reached within a 15-minute drive. The 18-hole GC Millstätter See golf course is 5 km away. Guests receive reduced green fees there. "Herzlich willkommen, Familie (mein Name)" stand bei unserer Ankunft auf einer kleinen Tafel, ebenso herzlich ging es dann weiter. Ein Willkommenswiesenblumenstrauch, peinlich saubere und sehr helle Räume, die Begrünung rund ums Haus wie aus einem Feng Shui-Katalog, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. In der Unterkunft, aber auch überall sonst in Döbriach und Umgebung sind wir ausnehmend herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen begegnet. Dass Kärntner gerne gut essen, beweisen sie auch auf ihren Speisekarten. Egal, wo man einkehrt, das Essen schmeckt einfach wunderbar. Der Millstättersee ist sehr natürlich und von viel Wald umgeben, gar nicht sehr touristisch. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, konnten wir das Angebot an Wanderungen, Boots- und Radtouren.leider nicht nutzen, aber beim nächsten Mal sicher - denn wir kommen wieder :-)

La proprietaria è fantastica e disponibilissima: ci siamo persi durante la notte e lei è venuta a prenderci in mezzo ad una bufera di neve! Gli appartamenti sono magnifici: moderni e confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per passare uno splendido soggiorno!Bellissima vista lago dalla terrazza!!Lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerò sicuramente.Ottima posizione per raggiungere sia le piste da sci che le terme!!!

Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, accoglienti, puliti. Lo stile è proprio quello austriaco: tutto in legno e una cura ai dettagli che qui non conosciamo. Oltre al piccolo appartamento (dal cui balcone avete una vista bellissima su tutto il lago e le montagne circostanti) nel giardino degli appartamenti è presente anche un piccolo molo con delle poltrone al coperto per godersi il silenzio del lago e un idromassaggio aperto anche di notte da poter provare anche d'inverno. Voglio assolutamente tornarci anche d'estate per provare l'atmosfera estiva del posto.

Direkt am See,sehr sympathische und nette Besitzer und ich war auch mit meinen beiden Hunden sehr willkommen. Komme sicher wieder.

..Die sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, die phantastische Lage direkt am See incl. Ruderboot und Mountainbikes - die leckeren Brötchen ;-) sowie die tollen Möglichkeiten der Umgebung wie Wandern,Bergsteigen oder einfach ur "chillen" - wir kommen bestimmt wieder..

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Millstädter See. Es sind mehrere gute Restaurants innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gebuchte Studio übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Der Balkon hatte Blick über den gesamten See

Ospitalità' e cortesia dei proprietari, tranquillità' e bellezza del posto. Appartamento confortevole e completo di ogni servizio, pulizia. Comodita' per gli spostamenti. Vista sul lago mozzafiato !

1. Very quiet place for those who wants to enjoy the pure nature, get rid of the stress of megapolice and restore relationship. 2. Good restorant is 5 min far away. Billa is 3 min far away. 3. Lake view appartments. 4. Good facilities including bikes, boot and dzakuzi (free!). If you run bike once a year - be ready for a 3-4 hour ride around a lake - it is all about surviving :) 5. Very friendly owner and her husband It is very quiet place :)
