Very good location. Own lake beach. Nice staff. Cheerful atmosphere. Free parking. Good breakfast.

We were in so called "economocal rooom" because it ws the only available. However it was very, very small - probably 2,50 x 2,50 m. We did not have enough place for the luggage. We did not have desk or table. There was not refrigerator in the room. It was quite uncomfortable for a 5-day stay. There was not AC. The window was a single-glass - does not cover the EU regulations. I think, all hotels in EU should strictly follow their categorization. That was not not a room as in a 3-star hotel. The oposite rooms were OK but we could not get one of them. If you intend to stay more than one night, do not book an "economy room".

the best thing is the beach. but you can not see it from your room.

we got a small room without freezer, without cable tv. no lake view. the breakfast is poor. not value for money that we paid.

Very good location only 5 mins walk to city center velden, free private parking, private beach, very nice friendly staff.

The room I was given was very very small, I booked a double room although I was staying as single but I think room is very small for 2 people. No big mirror in the room only mirrors in the room can show your upper part only. Internet in the room never worked properly.

The hotel was clean and the room was quite spacious and modern. Good Breakfast!

If you arrive later than 5pm in the afternoon there is no receptionist, you have to call from a phone provided in the entrance and I have called 3 times, it took 30 minutes for someone to come help us which was quite annoying as we were tired and it was cold. Also, the receptionist in the following morning did not have a an idea how to speak in English which made it very difficult for us to communicate and understand the payment process.

Es war sehr ruhig, freundlich. Breakfast war auch in Ordnung. Gute Auswahl

ALLES absolut TOP - wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Unglaublich schöne und günstige Apartments direkt am See. Wir wurden ins 4* Haus upgegradet und hatten einen riesigen Balkon direkt am Seeufer. Das Zimmer mit angeschlossener Küche war modern eingerichtet und perfekt sauber. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Zimmer klein aber war nur für eine Nacht und es war sonst sauber und Personal sehr freundlich

Siamo stati in questo hotel solo di passaggio per poi andare a Vienna il giorno dopo. 1) staff cordiale 2) piccolo parcheggio interno

1) Basso rapporto qualità/prezzo (€ 72+ tax 7,5) per 1 notte in un hotel discreto ma in una località di passaggio e senza aver preso la colazione. 2) camere minuscole (credo 2,8 x 2,8 metri) con difficoltà per muoversi ed inoltre pochissimo spazio per la valigia (la nostra camera era sul retro senza balcone). 3) bagno piccolo 4) dover andare in un'altra struttura ricettiva -a 300 metri da dove dormivamo- per fare il check-out. Insolito e leggermente poco pratico. Forse il fatto di aver pernottato solo 1 notte non ci ha permesso di apprezzare altre cose dell'hotel, però mi aspettavo fosse migliore.

Ein fürchterliches Hotel!!!!!!!! Das Zimmer roch unangenehm, Bettwäsche war klamm, eckelhafte Flecken an der Zimmerdecke, alte Fenster, Fernseher hatte nur 4 Programme, etc, etc. Es war einfach nur grauenhaft. Auch wenn's relativ günstig war, ist es eine absolute Frechheit, dass sich dieses Haus "Hotel" nennen darf.

Wellness Bereich, üppiges Frühstück ( was leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen ist )

Während meines Aufenthalts fanden Umbauarbeiten bzw. die Vorbereitung auf die Sommersaison im Außengelände statt, was leider zur Folge hatte das der Lärm entsprechend hoch war und die Parkplatzsituation schlecht war. Das Zimmer was ich bewohnte hat den Ausdruck Zimmer leider nicht verdient sondern kommt einer Abstellkammer gleich. Winziges Bad ( nicht mal das Waschbecken hat reingepasst,sondern musste mitten im Zimmer platziert werden) Tut mir leid aber mit 4* hat das nichts zu tun!!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Colazione abbondante nella struttura gemella vicina all'hotel. Disponibilità dello staff.

Lage am See. Gute Heizung. Weiches Sofa.

Es war einfach nur toll. Super sauber, tolle Einrichtung, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Az apartmanunk tágas,szépen berendezett,felszerelt,tiszta volt. Mindenféle tekintetben csak jókat tudok írni. A személyzet segítőkész,udvarias.

Il complesso è molto carino e si trova a 500 metri dal centro di velden e a 25 metri dal lago.posizione ottima.

Piekne polozenie, wszystko bylo ok.
