Easy access by car; beautiful countryside location and views; spacious communal areas; very helpful staff; clean/modern look; good breakfast and dinner experience. Unfortunately, we did not have time for the spa, but facilities looked good. Insufficient light inside the wardrobe area, the wardrobe doors block the ceiling lights. Not keen on idea of shower cubicle being part of the main room space, water splashing and some humidity inevitable. Hairdryer significantly below temperature that will dry a lady's hair properly, very time-inefficient, tiring for the arms to spend 4 times the time needed to dry hair - interestingly, the engineer who was asked to check it thought the temperature was good enough! |

The design and look of the hotel was very attractive and appealing. The staff was very professional and helpful upon check in and with any questions we had. There was no door on the shower and it lacked a little bit of privacy in that matter, but overall not a big deal |

Sehr modernes Design. Liegt nicht weit vom See entfernt. Sauber und komfortable. Die Logik der Lichtschalte muss man sich erst erklären lassen. Der öffentliche Internetzugang ist ein Witz, da fast alle Seiten blockiert sind, selbst die Seite des Hotels kann nicht vollumfänglich eingesehen werden. In den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels, gibt es keine Papierkörbe oder sonstige Möglichkeiten sich irgendwelchen Sachen zu entledigen. |

Ein wunderschönes neues Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, in einer traumhaften Umgebung - Natur, Kanäle, Wörthersee. Wir hatten ein tolles großes, supermodernes Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht Richtung Wörthersee. Unbedingt, wenn möglich, ab dem 3. Stock ein Zimmer buchen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war exellent und von hervorragender Qualität. |

Very modern ,well designed hotel.spacious comfortable rooms.wonderful terrace for breakfast or dinner.staff in the restaurant is extremly good and helpful. I asked for late check-out and i'd been allowed only 30 mins. By the receptionist(woman)then i'd heard a guest would been allowed 3 hours by another receptionist(man).most clear policy would be better. |

Der Aufenthalt hier ist ein Genuss fürs Auge: sowohl von der Außen-, als auch von der Innenarchitektur und der umgebenden Landschaft. Bemühtes Personal im Receptionsbereich Mangelnde Flexibilität im Service( Zimmer beziehen nur strikt zur angegebenen Zeit möglich und vor allem: Saunabereich nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, auch auf Nachfrage mehrere Gäste keine Verlängerung möglich!) |

Mitarbeiter waren sehr engagiert, haben sich auch intensiv um Möglichkeiten der Abendgestaltung (Tischreservierung außerhalb des Hotels) gekümmert. Da es erst im Juni 2009 eröffnet wurde war in den Räumen noch etwas feuchte stickige Luft. Das müsste sich aber bald gelegt haben, da ja auch Vollklimatisierung vorhabnden ist |
