Very beautiful lake view. The rooms my family stayed in were excellent - large, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The service was very good too.

-Sekt bei Ankunft -freundliche Angestellte - gutes Frühstücksbuffett - sehr schöne Lage Ich habe vorher extra angerufen und mich zur " Rauchmöglichkeit " im Hause informiert, mir wurde gesagt, dass ich an der Bar und im Wintergarten rauchen dürfte, daraufhin haben wir gebucht.!! Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt das das Rauche spontan über Ostern doch untersagt wurde, wegen der vielen Kinder im Hause.Ich finde in diesem Fall hätte man uns mit einer kurzen Email Bescheid sagen müssen, zumal es ein Buchungsgrund war. Nachdem meine Enttäuschung sichtbar war, hat man sich sehr bemüht, allerdings wollte ich dann nicht mehr, weil ältere Leute im Wintergarten saßen die ich bestimmt mit dem Rauchen verärgert hätte, zumal diesen gesagt wurde, es wäre Rauchverbot im Hause über Ostern !!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in wunderbarer Lage direkt am Wasser Ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich hat leider einen kleinen Fehler: Weder im Schwimmbad noch im Saunabereich werden Handtücher angeboten. Ein "persönliches Saunatuch" aus dem Zimmer soll ausreichen.
