“ the fact it was on a lake you could swim in the lake and they had sauna amenities The bedrooms were very clean and tidy with a good bed. The location was only 15 mins out of town by foot until we picked up our car. As Villach is near the border of Italy and Slovenia it is easy to drive there for the day. How good is that!! ”

Hotel Seestuben enjoys a quiet and idyllic location directly on the shore of Lake St. Leonhard on the outskirts of Villach. All rooms offer views of the lake. There was a nice disco Bar Moonlight, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was really nice. Paid wireless internet.

Friendly staff. No lift, wifi patchy, interesting display of aging naked bodies on the beachfront. Were we at a nudist hotel? We found it quite humerous, others might not...

Nice, modern and comfortable room, gorgeous view, lake and swan – how did you convince the swan to make her home there? Very nice and modern looking restaurant, such a nice and helpful waitress, good food.

The location was only 15 mins out of town by foot until we picked up our car. As Villach is near the border of Italy and Slovenia it is easy to drive there for the day. How good is that!! The weather is something we cannot control and so it rained the whole time we were in Villach which of course stopped most of our enjoyment. The other irk is the smoking even in the breakfast room, perhaps by the lady who ran the restaurant but it was horrid especially on an empty stomach. Are they mad, don't they know what is does to their health!! Other than that it is a super hotel and the reception staff were lovely.

Ein schönes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage, direkt an einem kleinen See mit Aussicht auf schneebedeckte Berge. Saunabenutzung ist im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant Seestuben ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Der Blick auf den See und Bergmassiv-Karawanken Zimmer sehr geräumig, gemütlich Frühstückservice gut Die Discotek ist im selben Haus dadurch ist die Technomusik im Zimmer nach 0 Uhr stark zu hören . Hier sollte man mehr au Schallschutz achten .

der Wintergarten zum Frühstücken mit Blick auf den winzig kleinen See. Im Sommer ist auch der relativ große Garten sicher sehr schön. Gebaut sicher in den 60er Jahren und so sieht´s auch aus, bis in den 3. Stock am Abend Koffer rauf schleppen - es gibt kein Lift ! Frühstück solala. Es ist eine "öffentliche" Saunalandschaft mit Saunastüberl dabei - aber alles veraltert, bis auf die Sauna selber die wurden erneuert.

Molto disponibili alla reception, La signora parlava anche un ottimo italiano. Ottima e tranquilla la posizione dell' hotel. Nella mia camera, la 204, non funzionava internet perchè non c' era abbastanza segnale della rete wireless.

Hotel con buona posizione (a poca distanza dal centro di Villach e dalle terme Warmbad) e bella vista del lago. Stanze confortevoli e personale gentile e accogliente che parla abbastanza bene l'italiano. Incluso nell'albergo c'è la possibilità di utilizzare il centro benessere con vari tipi di sauna (asciugamani e accapatoio compresi).

Das überaus bemühte und freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbuffet. Trotz Reklamation am morgen bzgl. Des Lärms durch die Discothek, blieb die Angestellte sehr freundlich und bemüht. Den angebotenen Gutschein für eine übernahtung habe ich dennoch nicht angenommen. Das Zimmer 204 war genau über der Discothek. Ich konnte kein Auge zumachen und war stündlich an der Rezeption bzw. Habe 13 mal angerufen - es war niemand zu erreichen. Als Gebietsbetreuerin fahre ich viele Kilometer und wenn der Schlaf vollkommen fehlt ist das sehr, sehr unangenehm und zudem gefährlich am Straßenverkehr teilzunehmen. Schade um die bemühten MItarbeiter. Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Pulizia delle camere. Bagno confortevole. Presenza del centro benessere. Vista sul lago. Silenzio notturno. Camere con odore di fumo a causa di precedenti ospiti fumatori. Mancanza del bidè in bagno. Mancanza di collegamento dedicato tra la zona camere ed il centro benessere. Pulizia del centro benessere migliorabile.

Tutto, pessimo ricevimento, odore di fumo ovunque, la loro pretesa di non sforzarsi a parlare la nostra lingua, ecc ecc, credo che booking non faccia bella figura di dare a un sito poco più di un'ostello per giovani, più di una stella.
