The place and the landscape is nice ,in the nature. This Hotel is on the same level as a Gasthof from 30 years ago,the furniture,the bathroom,etc..only the price is modern...high compare for the level.I was in Venice also a hotel near the St Mark place and it was 125€ per night and there was a world of difference between the two...also booked at your company.. |

Great scenery. Service varied a lot between different days and persons, especially on the breakfast. The noisy bar downstairs is a minus. |

It was close to the train station but far enough to be quiet. The restaurant was very good as was the scenery with the swans coming up to the table. There was no wi-fi in the room. But was accessible from the business area. |

The hotel is nicely located directly next to a lake which guarantees a great view from the window. The wellness facilities are a bit old-fashioned and would need some brushing up. |

I had a wonderful time. I went to relax and that is exactly what I got, a friendly relaxing experience, helpful staff, wonderful food, great breakfast, lovely spa and scenery...my room was directly on the lake with beautiful views. |

Posizione tranquilla vicino al centro della citta di Villach, presenza di un "centro termale" interno, un buon ristorante, pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità del personale. struttura ed arredi un pò datati, mancanza di cartelli che guidino verso l'albergo. |

Venligt personale og god restaurant Hotellet er lidt ældre og slidt, så lidt renoveringer ville være på sin plads, men jeg er helt opmærksom på at prisniveauet derefter ville stige. |

gute Lage direkt an kleinem See, Nähe Villach, Nähe Gerlitzen, neu gestalteter Restaurantbereich mit Wintergarten, Balkon mit Seeblick, ruhige Lage lange Wartezeit an Rezeption, Bauarbeiten im Hotel ohne jeglichen Hinweis bei Buchung und trotzdem voller Preis für Zimmer, völlig veraltete Zimmerausstattung, verschmutzter Teppichboden im Zimmer, abgenutztes Bad, keine Flexibilität betreffend Frühstückszeiten |

l'accueil du personnel, le calme, l'environnement, les repas, le confort des chambres, la propreté, la partie naturiste au bord du lac, tout était parfait. il manque juste un ascenceur pour se rendre dans les chambres aux étages. |

De inzet van het personeel om de tekortkomingen zo min mogelijk te laten meespelen. De infrastructuur van de sauna's - jacuzzi's en ligweide De kamers zijn totaal verouderd. Er is geen lift. Het hotel en restaurant zijn ondergeschikt aan het "saunagebeuren" |

gunstige ligging voor overnachting op doorreis. Goed ontbijjt en ook het restaurant heeft een goede keuken en mooi panorama. Vriendelijk personeel. hotelkamers zijn nodig aan een face-lift toe: alles is gedateerd. Jammer dat deze goede ligging niet terug te vinden is in de kwaliteit van de kamers/ receptie e.d..Als je niet veel eisen stelt aan uiterlijk en voor de doorreis is bovenstaand misschien geen probleem. |

Nem tetszett, hogy nem közölték előre, hogy a szálloda felújítás alatt áll. Nem tetszett továbbá, hogy nem figyelmeztettek, hogy ez egy nudista szálloda. Azt írták, hogy wellnes szolgálatást nyújt, de nem tudtam igénybe venni az előzőekben leírtak miatt. |

Het restaurant was goed Een niet zo prettig begin van de vakantie, de rest was slecht achterstallig onderhoud een fkk sauna (prettig als je met kinderen bent) geen lift, douches die uit elkaar vielen verplicht twee kamers te nemen terwijl we op 1 familiekamer hadden gekund etc.WIJ Voelen ons echt getild. |

The view from our balcony was excellent. The breakfast was okay. Maybe it would be a good idea to invest in the rooms, which were a bit outdated. |
