The room was pretty nice, the breakfast tasted good and the reception folks were very helpful. It was a bit far away from the city center. There is a tram stop (43) quite close-by so we used that but on the first day we didn't realize how far we were so we walked quite a bit. |

Everything was very ok, parking 15E for the car under the hotel. Internet access only in the main lobby, 2 computers, no chair. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. For a very reasonable price, the hotel includes a good breakfast and free internet. Overall good value for money. Slightly inconvenient location - a tram ride, and then a train ride. But the tram stop is just outside, so, given the price point, it is acceptable. |

Reception staff was very good. They were helping properly but bit less English though. Breakfast staff was horrible. They were not properly dressed up; it looks like they were come directly from the Bed. Also they were making lots of noise and interfering other peoples breakfast without any reasons, that is means they were really bold and I'll never go to that hotel to stay again. |

Very clean and new hotel with well designed rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect to visit Vienna as only 15 mins on tram to tourist sites. Less than 15 euro in a taxi. Good breakfast. Free internet in lobby area. Would definately recommend this hotel. The staff could have been friendlier. We arrived at the same time as a large group and they seemed a bit stressed. |

We did not like this hotel. The room and mainly the bathroom are small, and not confortable. There is not a frigobar in the room. Also the price of internet in the room is too expensive (3 Euros per hour) even thought you have a laptop and VPN. There are two PCs in the lobby with free internet, but is quite few in comparison to the number of guests. Also we asked for umbrella and they did nor have to us, because a great group of guests need them. |

New, well equipped and maintained, good for travelers arriving by car, convenient public transport to city center, nice staff, good breakfast. Bathtub - no shower curtain, misplaced shower wall mounting bracket. No free Internet access - only two stations in lobby which are pretty crowded most of the time. Somewhat expensive for a 3-star hotel in Vienna. |

Value for money, there is a tram station near the hotel, room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast always the same but enough to satisfy my apetite; this is a non-smoking hotel, the only place you can smoke is in your room. |

Brand new, great colour shemes, good size room and bathroom. Tram to downtown or the railway station right outside hotel - couldn't be easier. Or a 20-30 minute walk to town centre. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend staying here, would certainly do so again. |

Was mir vor allem gefallen hat war das Design des Zimmers, geschmackvoll und gemütlich und es war ein großes Zimmer. Bedienung an der Rezeption langsam und unaufmerksam. |

Sehr saubere Zimmer, Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück i.O., Folgende Zeilen sollten als Anregung dienen.Internetzugang sollte in der heutigen Zeit kostenlos sein, die Kosten schrecken viele Businessreisende ab, für die Garagengebühr gilt das gleiche - 5 Euro wären i.O. - Garage stand fast leer, man sollte sich fragen, warum nur? |

...Service bezüglich des Fahrscheinverkaufs und Internetrecherche bzgl.kultureller Veranstaltungen,wie Ausstellungsinformationen,Freundlichkeit,Tiefgarage ...dass die Nachttischlampen nicht funktionierten und diese trotz Meldung nicht repariert wurden.....Empfehlung der Gaststätte "Zum Löwenherz" war enttäuschend,paßt nicht zum Ambiente der sehr gut designeiten Hotel |

Hotelul este nou, ambianta este placuta, camera este foarte frumoasa si confortabila. Personalul este amabil, micul dejun este variat, singura problema este locatia pentru cei care calatoresc fara masina, insa hotelul per ansamblu este foarte bun. |
