The location of the hotel is magnificent- it is like little paradise - best place I have seen so far among hotel locations - best for honeymoon.
There was few issues - the sink was not working well in our room and shower room was tiny, but it was not too serious to complain for
It is some how fair.
As speaking in general I never see strange hospitality in my entire life.
Everything was above expectation. The hotel deserves four stars
One of the receptionist was not helpful.
The hotel is clean, staff is o.k., too.
In the middle of the night (about 4 AM) I was woken up by the Lidl workers who begun to unload a large truck full of goods just below the window of my room. It was a terrible noise and I couldn't sleep any more. Throbbing with pallets, loud talking, sirens on the truck every time a new pallet being taken out... It lasted for almost 3 hours.
They always have good offers.
Staff was really unfriendly and a bit lost.
uncomfortable bed poor air conditioning
good services nice personal supermarket near and also tram station
Beds are really bad for romantic nights :D Wifi is really weak.
No parking space
Cuscini e futon non sono da albergo a 4 stelle
Room on Top
good hotel for the price
The room was nice an clean and comfortable.
The staff was a little bit unprofessional. I wanted to book another night there and the receptionist told me I could do that the next day morning and that there's no rush, but the next day all rooms were booked so I had to find another place to stay.
Hotel Rooms are poor Location is very bad Shower was problematic Breakfast very basic Definitely not value for money
clean relaxing colors in the room kind stuff
- the food was good
- it was very cold in the room for that time of year. When I ask for heat, they don't have that service on september 12, outside there was 10 degrease - breakfast was controled by a list (on a 4 stars hotel) - the hotel is very far from the center - no balcony on a 4 stars hotel - the garden view (optional on booking) was a bad surprise
the 3 bed rooms are small (3 bed rooms)
more of a 3 star hotel, but looks nice
nicely appointed rooms and bathroom, good wifi
New, modern, clean and comfortable hotel
Receptionists could've been more "speakable". Why we are obligated to speak english or other foreign language if worker at the reception knows that we come from the same language speaking area!!!
The value for this property was wonderful. The tram ran frequently, and connected to routes that ran to all of the major tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and well decorated, and the showers were hot with good water pressure.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel.
breackfast: -food very poor quality. -sausage what's bad quality. -coffee is horrible
Spacious room, modern, and well equipped (desk, two pillows per person, hair dryer, tissue paper). The staff speaks English very well, is friendly and helpful.
Wifi debit was limited. Cleaning ladies knock at the door at 8:30. A little noise of the street and in the corridor in the early morning (we were facing the elevators)
The tram is located just outside the front doors and easy access to the everything in the city (trams are your friend here). Lots of local restaurants around the hotel
4 main train stations in this city!
No space for smoking in hotel.
The Chinese looking lady at the reception. She was very rude to some other guests.
