The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the food was fantastic. There are a ton of outdoor activities offered during all seasons and there is great transportation to Innsbruck. For a four star, there was no minibar, which was really disappointing; however, the staff was always willing to provide drinks regardless of time of day. The spa did not open until 1500 and closed at 2000. I would've liked to see longer hours so one can enjoy the spa after dinner. Also,there is no jacuzzi which was disappointing. |

Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom on the balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! Very reasonably priced food in the restaurant even if it was a fixed menu (probably due to low season and few guests). |
