We stayed out of season in late October and had the feeling that the service was somewhat reduced as a result. Although the room was huge and comfortable, it not comprehensievly cleaned each day (although in general the whole place was spotless) and breakfast, while being the traditional buffet type, did not quite meet our expectations of a 4 star hotel. They ran out of things and did not always replenish. However, free coffee and cakes in the afternoon was excellent. Charging EURO 4.00 per hour for internet is extortionate. It should be free. No minibar in the room. |

The hotel was very convenient for us, plenty of parking, and a welcoming, nicely-decorated interior. The lounge room was comfortable and large. The room was exactly what we expected, with a lovely view from the balcony. The view from the breakfast room was also beautiful. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. |

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and the food was fantastic. There are a ton of outdoor activities offered during all seasons and there is great transportation to Innsbruck. For a four star, there was no minibar, which was really disappointing; however, the staff was always willing to provide drinks regardless of time of day. The spa did not open until 1500 and closed at 2000. I would've liked to see longer hours so one can enjoy the spa after dinner. Also,there is no jacuzzi which was disappointing. |

Nähe zur Stadt Innsbruck; Möglichkeit Halpension einzunehmen; kleiner überschaubarer Wellnessbereich, Freundlichkeit-Herzlichkeit des Personals. Im Sommer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen/Berge. Im Winter in der Nähe von Liftanlagen. |

Die ruhige Lage vom Hotel mit Blick auf die Berge und die Nähe zu Innsbruck. Zimmerausstattung war nicht konform mit Angaben aus dem Internetangebot (falsches Bild). Unterm Bett lag noch Müll vom Vorgast, über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Das Spa Frühstück könnte besser mit "Spar" Frühstück bezeichnet werden. Silberfische im Bad, Preis-/Leisungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. |

Uitstekend personeel, kraaknette kamers, fantatisch uitzicht. Zeer ruime en praktische kamers ( ligbad en aparte douche). Hotel zeker aan te bevelen zowel voor koppels als gezinnen met kinderen. |

Muutoin ok paitsi allamainitut epakohdat Aaamiasen yhteydessa vahan vihanneksia ja hedelmia. Alkuviikosta hajonnutta leivanpahdinta ei korvattu ehjalla koko viikon aikana. Yksi hoyrysaunoista poissa kaytosta lahes koko viikon. |

La vue sur la vallée est spectaculaire et la chambre spacieuse. Le tramway, à proximité directe, permet de regagner Innsbruck en 20 mn, ce qui est réellement pratique. Nous étions dans une "suite" Edelweiss et avons trouvé la chambre impersonnelle. Une décoration ordinaire. Les photos présentées sur Booking semblent donc un peu trompeuses. La qualité de la restauration est par ailleurs médiocre au regard de la catégorie de l'hotel et le buffet de petit déjeuner très limité. |
