Hotel Serles  

I came back to this hotel to ski on Stubai glacier and it was as wonderful as the first time I visited it. Really recommended.

Nice hotel staff, convienant location. Hotel itself is beautiful, our room not so much.

The room was not at all what it looked liked on the pictures. On Booking.com it showed a nice new bathroom, but we got a room with an old bathroom and seperate toilet with those old, ugly brown tiles. The bathroom was very clean though. Sadly, there was also a terrible smell in the room. Even the staff noticed and opened the door and window to the balcony. Actually we should have asked for a different room, but we were very tired after a long trip. If you get a newer room though, without the smell, hotel Serles is actually a nice place to stay. Very close to the Brenner Pass, very convienant as an overnight hotel on your way to Italy.

We enjoyed the family ran atmosphere. Everyone there wanted to please and that is important.

The hotel is perfect for a tyrolean vacation. The hotel features an extensive spa area, including indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and aromatic steam bath. We relaxed by the pool with a cup of fresh brewed tea provided in the spa. The room was comfortable and included nice extras such as a backpack, walking sticks and hot water bottle. The view of the mountains from our balcony was fantastic. It is a great hotel for families. My grandchildren enjoyed the playground and play room with lots of toys. Evening meals were great. The hotel also offers free lunch and afternoon coffee and cake. The family who operates the hotel are very friendly. I highly recommend Hotel Serles.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding. I rarely give anything 10/10, but they thoroughly deserve it, across the board. It is a lovely hotel in a fantastic setting, but more than that, it is a family-run hotel, run with real pride and professionalism, alongside a warm style and really helpful approach to each individual. They really cared about us and everything. The friendliness was simple and genuine, and it seemed to pervade the other guests in a really nice way. The food on the evening day-menu was absolutely terrific, with local flavours and styles, and abundant quantities. There was an excellent breakfast buffet with additional service, and lunch too. Afternoon tea and cakes were great, especially after long walks! Excellent advice was offered on walks in the area, at appropriate levels, and some guided walks were taken by the family. Daily weather and other updates provided. This particular summer holiday was very special to us, and the absolutely outstanding quality of this hotel and its staff made it doubly so! The costs were very reasonable indeed for what we got. I recommend this wholeheartedly (as you may have gathered!) to anyone looking for a friendly and enjoyable Tyrolean holiday experience in some style. We liked everything.

Booked this hotel to be near the mountain toboggan run. Unfortunately it was not operating because of the recent rain. Hotel was outstanding. Very good English spoken. Complete restaurant on site and an exceptional full breakfast included. Extra plus...hotel has an elevator!

Een verzorgd hotel met oog voor detail. Bediening in regionale klederdracht. Mooie ligging in een prachtig dorp.

Geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers kan beter. Wakke geur in de eetzaal ten gevolge van het voortdurend koken van water (eieren bij ontbijt)

Preis- Leistung in Ordnung. Gute Halbpension.

Очень внимательный и любезный персонал. Чистота, порядок. Все строго в соответствии с европейскими стандартами. Атмосфера спокойствия и уюта. Рядом большое количество развлечений, а также 3 горнолыжных курорта, санки. Отличный вид на горы. Расположение отеля для поездки в соседние города очень удобное, рядом платный автобан. Удобно добираться до Италии. Хороший шоппинг в городе Больцано.

Не совсем удобная кровать. Присутствовало ощущение, что положение головы ниже уровня ног, в случае если если человек находится в горизонтальном положении. Возможно это связано с тем,что отель расположен на холмистой поверхности.

Uns hat an diesem Hotel einfach alles gefallen: hervorragender Service und sehr gutes Abendessen und ein reichhaltes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Wellnessbreich mit großen Schwimmbad und schöner Sauna und Whirlpool und Dampfbad. Super!

Zimmer sind ordentlich, könnten aber mal eine neue Einrichtung mit modernen Möbeln gebrauchen

Immerso in una bellissimo paesaggio, a 5 minuti di distanza da Innsbruck, camere spaziose, staff gentile, cucina ottima e raffinata, buon rapporto prezzo-qualità.

Das Hotel "Serles" ist ein sehr sauberes und familiäres Hotel. Wenn man, wie wir, ein Zimmer mit Südbalkon (Blick auf den Stubaier Gletscher) hatund 4 Tage Sonnenschein, was will das Herz mehr. Das Personal ist kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Dem Hotel merkt man an, dass da eine Familie hintersteht, die ein Auge auf alles hat.

Besonders nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auch die sehr gute Küche sollte nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

Nadprůměrně velký pokoj, vybavení poměrně nové, rozhodně ne příliš opotřebované. Bezproblémové parkování před hotelem. Klidné místo mimo hlavní komunikaci v údolí. Příjemný bazén a sauny v suterénu. Co stojí jednoznačně za zmínku - exceletní kuchyně ( večeře). I snídaně rozhodně nad průměrem čtyř hvězd. Personál jako skoro všude příjemný.

Internet, wifi na pokoji pomalá a často padala, navíc v dnešní době tři dny byť za 6 EUR spíše přežitek ale to je problém většiny rakouských hotelů :-(
