Sheraton Salzburg Hotel    

The room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fantastic, The stuff were very proffecional.

The service is poor, the hotel is old and strand offish.

Restaurant too expensive and menu too complicated.

People/service friendly. I arrived from a skiing vacation with an injured knee and was pleasently surprised to learn that the hotel had a wheelchair available for our two-day stay. It was a nice surprise and a very welcome one. Also, the parking area was user friendly. Great hotel; great staff.

Being told they were giving us a special room as it was my Birthday. We were given the room we paid for, but right outside elevators, shoe shine machine & ice machine. We hardly got any sleep. Nothing special about that!!

Excellent Staff!

Friendly, professional staff. No hidden extras. Its location made it perfect for parking the car under the hotel (17 euro per day) and forgetting about it until required. I would certainly go back.

The cost of parking could be included in the hotel price. While this would make the stay seem a little more expensive, the guest would make an informed choice. If I was presented with an online booking price - which included parking, I would avail of it knowing that the car park was attached to the hotel and not away down the street for the same price.

The rooms were newly renovated, clean and very well appointed. The staff was very helpful and kind and we had a great stay in Salzburg

The rooms were large and clean.The housekeeping staff were really friendly. We had asked for interconnecting rooms and got them which was great.

It was very expensive and unfortunately due to the Music festival, we had to pay upfront as a condition of our booking. There were no other 4/5 star hotels available for our dates. I was also asked for my credit card upon arrival so they could hold an extra 223 euros "in case we had any expenses during our stay". This ended up causing a headache due to a mixup but was eventually resolved after we had left. Not having free wifi was terrible in this day and age. If small local cafes can have it, why can't the hotel?

I loved the design. I loved the sleek modern clean look and lines. I loved the bathroom especially the shower with the rain shower head. I loved the robes, the turn down service, the comfort of the beds/sheets. I loved the safe feel i had as a solo traveler, the location, the staff. The outdoor cafe, the workout facility including the steam room. The VIP service.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. I would suggest perhaps free wifi or movie service on the tv. That is about it

Hotel is situated very well. Staff is friedly.

Money have been taken one time and blocked two times. We were not warned about parking and we had penalty. There was a bad flow from wash- bowl.

I was shock what I received for the money that I pay for 3 night which is over $1000.

I would have to right a story book about my experience. I would never stay in Sheraton hotel!!

availability of air condition

High cost of using internet High parking cost I have asked the reception staff many times to get an adaptor but they said all adaptors with other residents!! Bad treatment of one bill man called (Arif) and this issue has been reported to the hotel manager. Thy fridge of mini-bar was not working for one day. The hotel page on the internet was not working on my wife’s phone in order to get a connection but it has solved by IT guy after one day.

Internet acees and facilities are ver poor! The business center has only 3 pc's with Win xp with outdated browser.. I needed to make a bank transaction but Browser did not support my bank website !!! not even a 3 star level

Nice hotel, quite big rooms, comfortable beds, nice tv channels selection including Arabic Chanels, very professional staff & concierge, free wifi for club rooms & lobby, city centre is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, restaurant is very nice & prices not much expensive.
