Ugyan a szállodában nincsen medence, de az 1. emeletről közvetlen átjárás van a szomszédos fürdőbe és wellnessrészlegbe. Nagyon jók a konditeremben lévő gépek, amelyek 24 órán keresztül használhatók, akárcsak a szauna. Csendes és városközponthoz közeli fekvés. A szobák egy része egy parkra a másik része egy csendes utcára néz. A bár egyes termékeinek színvonala és a szervíz kifogásolható egy 5*-os szállodáshoz képest. |

The hotel is excellent and I really recommend it. The Staff were so friendly and helpfull, room was nice with comfortabe bed. The location of the hotel is excellent with nice view. |

It was in a great location, very convenient to the Alter Stadt and within walking distance to many of the Salzburg attractions. The theatres were very close and it was great to have Mirabell Gardens next to the hotel. |

The staff were always professional. Meet the standards of a five star hotel except for comment below. Location was great Also we were upgraded for free. Bar staff weren t as friendly as the reception (day)! We left our do not disturb sign on the door our first two dayshousekeeping ignored this twice!! Made me extremly annoyed! I complained the first day but happened again second complaint manager came to see us but offered no compensation whatsoever being a sheraton standards should be higher. Upon check out I mentioned it and thet did take off our minibar bill which wasnot high apart from hhis great hotel |
