ホテルのフィットネス、サウナルームは小さいですが、利用している間は鍵をかけられるようなのでかなり快適- です。夜10時までなので9時頃にいけばヨーロッパとの習慣の違いでほぼ確実に誰もいないのでお勧めです。- ホテル所属のレストランはあまりおいしいとは言えません。 |

ビジネスセンターでＷＬＡＮが無料で使用できるとの事であったので自前のmininoteを持って行ったが- 使用できず。備え付けのデスクトップは日本語にも対応しておりよかったが。 |

前日のミュンヘンのシェラトン（パーク）は最悪だったが、ここはスタッフが親切、ロケーションもミラベル庭- 園に接していてGood。部屋も清潔で清掃が行き届いている感じ。これでこそシェラトン。 |

The hotel is excellent and I really recommend it. The Staff were so friendly and helpfull, room was nice with comfortabe bed. The location of the hotel is excellent with nice view. |

I think the location of the hotel is good and the staff are very helpfull. The breakfast buffet is below average comparing to the price which was 30 euro/person |

It was in a great location, very convenient to the Alter Stadt and within walking distance to many of the Salzburg attractions. The theatres were very close and it was great to have Mirabell Gardens next to the hotel. |

The staff were always professional. Meet the standards of a five star hotel except for comment below. Location was great Also we were upgraded for free. Bar staff weren t as friendly as the reception (day)! We left our do not disturb sign on the door our first two dayshousekeeping ignored this twice!! Made me extremly annoyed! I complained the first day but happened again second complaint manager came to see us but offered no compensation whatsoever being a sheraton standards should be higher. Upon check out I mentioned it and thet did take off our minibar bill which wasnot high apart from hhis great hotel |

The location was great. Short walk to Old Town and New Town, and right near the bus stop that can take you anywhere in and around the city. More English speaking stations on the tv. |
