Ligging is een van de beste! Restaurant is zeer goed en betaalbaar. Mooie architectuur; comfort, lux maar tegelijkertijd vriendelijk. De Serre is uniek; je kijk meteen naar de beroemde Mirabell Garden. |

mooie, grote, zeer comfortabele kamer. koffiezet apparaatje op de kamer. ontbijt ivm prijs geen gebruik van gemaakt. (kamerprijs was exclusief ontbijt) |

The hotel is excellent and I really recommend it. The Staff were so friendly and helpfull, room was nice with comfortabe bed. The location of the hotel is excellent with nice view. |

I think the location of the hotel is good and the staff are very helpfull. The breakfast buffet is below average comparing to the price which was 30 euro/person |

It was in a great location, very convenient to the Alter Stadt and within walking distance to many of the Salzburg attractions. The theatres were very close and it was great to have Mirabell Gardens next to the hotel. |

The staff were always professional. Meet the standards of a five star hotel except for comment below. Location was great Also we were upgraded for free. Bar staff weren t as friendly as the reception (day)! We left our do not disturb sign on the door our first two dayshousekeeping ignored this twice!! Made me extremly annoyed! I complained the first day but happened again second complaint manager came to see us but offered no compensation whatsoever being a sheraton standards should be higher. Upon check out I mentioned it and thet did take off our minibar bill which wasnot high apart from hhis great hotel |
