Nice surprise - excellent value for money - friendly staff at check in offered dinner deal to be included what I accepted, also there the restaurant offered good value for it's price. I decided to go outdoor for jogging and discovered a nice jogging track (lighted & on green carpet) on walking distance from the hotel.

Just a lovely Hotel. It's family run with friendly staff. Excellent food and wine. We had the four course set menu every evening and it was really nice food.When we asked to change the main course as we don't eat meat it was absolutely no problem. A glass of good quality white wine for 2 euros- you don't get that in England. The room was huge, nicely furnished and impeccably clean. We had breakfeast outside on the terrace which was also great.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt; die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber; das Badezimmer neu und schön; das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut - große Auswahl und sehr gutes frisches Obst!!! Rezeption und Massageangbote auch super! Als sehr störend und fast schon provokant: während des frühstücken wurde im selben Raum Staub gesaugt! Wir waren dienstlich dort und da erwartet man sich am Morgen keinen Lärm - Putzfrauen sollten eigentlich "unsichtbar" arbeiten!

Leider war das Zimmer nicht einem 4-Stern-Standard entsprechend. Bad und wc äußerst klein, im Zimmer befand sich keine Minibar, es war lediglich ein Trinkglas im Kästchen vorhanden. Zum Fernsehen muss man im Bett in Seitenlage liegen. Das mir zur Verfügung stehende Einzelzimmer war für den gebotenen Standard sicher keine € 80,- für eine übernachtung wert, es hatte eher Pensionscharakter (höchstens 3 Sterne). Auch das angepriesene abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbuffet war eher spärlich bestückt. Die aufgewärmte Eierspeise triefte vor Fett, das Gebäck war nicht knusprig, ein Aufbacken des Gebäcks wäre empfehlenswert. Die Freundlichkeit des Hoteleigentümers ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Wow, ich war einer der ersten Gäste in dem umgebauten Wellnesshotel. Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Der Thermenbereich ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das neu errichtete Hallenbad vom Feinsten. Luftsprudelligen und Masagedüsen, Herz was willst du mehr. Danach habe ich noch eine Hot-Stone-Massage genossen und das geschmackvolle Abendessen genossen. Wiederholungsgefahr ganz groß, weil das Hotel die ideale Größe hat. Kein unpersönlicher Megakomplex - sondern sehr familiär - eine Art Boutique-Hotel. Bei der Anreise nach wlan im Zimmer fragen. Ist vorhanden uns sogar kostenlos. Mehr Zeit für den Aufenthalt einplanen, ist sicher von Vorteil..

Mein Zimmer war strassenseitig und lag direkt über dem Hoteleingang und der Terasse und war dadurch ziemlich laut. Zusätzlich waren an diesem Wochenende sehr viele Hunde in diesem Hotel, weil in der Nähe ein Rassehundeschau stattgefunden hat. Ich finde es ziemlich ekelhaft, wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass in einem Hotel, dass in allen Bereichen mit Teppichböden ausgestattet ist so viele Hunde "wohnen". Wie kommt man als Gast dazu, wenn man in der Früh dann von Gebell geweckt wird.

Der Wellness-Bereich hat einen schönen großen Garten mit Liegewiese und riesigen, stabilen Sonnenschirmen und gemütlichen Liegen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es viel frisches Obst und Obstsalat mit frischen Früchten. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, burgenländische Gastfreundschaft vom Feinsten. Zusätzlich zur Kurzparkzone vor dem Hoteleingang gibt es in 80m Entfernung einen großen Gästeparkplatz mit Schranken.
