The Hotel Mondschein enjoys a quiet location in a pedestrianized area in the centre of Stuben am Arlberg. It offers an indoor pool, a sauna, free Wi-Fi and fine cuisine. Within a 2-minute walk you can reach the lifts of the Arlberg Ski Area and you can ski right down to the hotel's door. The Hotel Mondschein even offers Heliskiing on prior reservation. St. Anton and St. Christoph am Arlberg can be reached by a lift with heated seats. All of the cosy Alpine-style rooms in the Hotel Mondschein offer panoramic views of the mountains. The restaurant called Alte Gaststube im Mondschein is listed in the Michelin Guide for its gourmet Austrian cuisine and its fine wines. Bread, marmalade and various sausages are produced on site. Free parking is available an there are also parking spaces in the garage for an additional cost. Perfekte Buchung und Abrechnung, neue Räumlichkeiten, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Nähe zum zentralen Skilift, Sonnenterrasse, Kaminzimmer, Gaststube, Mittagsjause. Gute Weinberatung. Tolles Brotangebot. Hervorragende ältere Weißweine! Fünf-Gänge-Menüs, die Suppen schmeckten zum Teil nach Fertigsuppen, es fehlte die regionale Küche, das Einfache und Gute. Es wurde ein falscher Eindruck bei den Gerichten geweckt, wohlklingende Bezeichnungen folgten nicht immer schmeckende Vor- und Hauptspeisen. Ganz schlecht, die Trennung von Skischuhe und Ski sowie die zu kleine Sauna mit viel zu wenig Duschmöglichkeiten und Ruheplätzen. Kein direkter Weg zum Skilift, kein reservierter Parkplatz, nur kostenpflichtiger Tiefgaragenplatz. Bei der Weinprobe fehlten die Unterlagen. Die Zimmer waren sehr trocken (zu wenig Luftaustausch).

Food was excellent, tea by the sauna was great idea as well. Free Wifi, was also very important and well appreciated. staff was nice throughout the time. the location of Stuben, is very good for someone who is looking for a quite place after a day of skiing. Parking was a bit tricky though never became a real problem.

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel van dit gastronomisch hotel. Het diner was iedere avond weer een feest waarbij de bediening op een hoog peil stond. De comfortabele kamers waren recentelijk gerenoveerd en goed uitgerust. De locatie is aan een rustige straat zonder uitgaans gelegenheid waarbij de skilift ongeveer 300 mtr lopen is. Een aanrader voor de verwende wintersporter!
