The location is excellent. Coming out of the underground you walk down a short street and you are there. Trams stop just around the corner. Two good supermarkets and other shops are nearby. Nevertheless it is a exceptionally quiet place (but you will hear the noise of the neighbors in the apartments taking showers etc.). There is no reception, but the check-in machine works well and one can contact the owner through email.
Several small things that are usually not worth to be mentioned, were not OK, but the owner the did his best to repair things immediately (e.g. broken lamps, problem with the drainage of the shower). The apartment that I got, was at the back side of the building; it was quiet, but did not receive much day light due to its view on a small courtyard surrounded on three sides by high walls. The kitchen had all appliances you may need, but the counter top was a bit too small for all of them. Given the high classification of this apartment (and the related price) I expected slightly higher overall standards with respect to the finishing of the interior and more careful check-up before arrival.
Location is excellent, just 2 min from metro station, though I recommend to use bike (Vienna is quite small) and citybike station is next to the metro. The owner is very helpful and efficient. WiFi works perfectly. Apartment is spacious and have everything you need. But note, to change towels or clean apartment you need to pay extra as it is not included. If you are city traveller, it's perfect choice. (About 20 min travel from the old city.)
The place is nice but not very cosy (as per my taste), lack of details to make it feel cosy and sweet. Some details of the apartment are a bit out-dated ( lights and bed lining). Leather sofa wasn't very comfortable.
happy to be there...
Location is absolutely perfect. Just few steps to metro station, pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, but placed in very quite street.
Excellent location! Easy to get to anywhere you want in the city. Quiet neighborhood with grocery store, kebap place, and pizza nearby.
Needed a broom to sweep the floor while staying a few days.
Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3. sleep area: it was very quiet at night, besides a few sounds from the apartment above/beside. Virtually no street noise. The bed, like everything else, is new. It is quite soft, i would personally advize removing the topper because the topper makes the bed very soft and without that topper its quiet comfortable. The kitchen is small but functional, containing a coffee drip, water kettle , stove , fridge and small oven + glasses etc. There is a small amount of coffee for sale. No tea available i think. The bathroom: big and well lit. Towels changed ones a week or more frequent for payement. The water pressure is excellent. All in all i think it can be good value depending on the prices in the rest of vienna. its a bit further from the centre but close to metro and the metro system in vienna gets you everywhere and is very fast. The checkin procedure is unusual but i like it, no waiting, clear and fast with a computer and a code.
All beds are the same size i was told: 180x200 but i cant help but feel they are 160-200 , but didnt measure
