We chose the hotel because of its location. But were impressed with the hotel itself - room was very clean, bed was amazing and the staff was really helpful and nice all the time. We arrived late, and we couldn't order anything to eat from the bar/restaurant except some cold dishes - so late snacks or sandwiches would have been nice. But the bar staff was really nine and suggested some nearby eating places. |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, offering advice on good quality local restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and a generous size. General decor was a bit outdated, but this is obviously a question of personal taste. |

Very kind staff at the reception desk and in the bar. The room was ready and available a few hours before the official check in. The garage in the cellar of the hotel is very secured and the car could be parked there a few hours after check out with no additional charge. There is a cosy little bar for smokers close to the main entrance. |

Very convenient location - close to all interesting sights, and yet outside the inner circle (where the prices are much higher). We liked the room (especially the beds - so soft and comfortable) even though the furniture is not the most pleasant to look at. But there were added conveniences (coffee and tee in the room and the gratis bottled water), the soaps and complimentary bathroom set was very good and smelled nice, and free 1 hour internet per day The furniture is not beautiful, nor very new, but still not that bad. |

close to the Ring, cool that the sound of the TV was also audible via loudspeakers in the bathroom. Nice interieur. bed was too uncomfortable (didnt like the matrass). A little bit dirty carpets, window didnt work (was broken), room was very dark (to the backside of the hotel). |

One of the most comfortable hotels in Vienna (we stayed in some others). Just two blocks away from the Ring with two parkings nearby. Gentle and attentive personnel. |

The atmosphere was very good and staff were incredibly helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying in the hotel again. The location was very good just a short walk to the main attractions. |

Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt schön. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer sauber. Allerdings waren die Sercvicekräfte nachlässig, zb.: warteten wir 20 Minuten an der Bar, bevor wir überhaupt bedient wurden. Was uns ebenfalls sehr verärgert hat, war dass wir uns Essen per Zimmerservice bestellten, dieses jedoch trotz angekündigter längerer Wartezeit nie im Zimmer eintraf. |

sehr aufmerksamer Mitarbeiter beim Ein- und Auschecken - extrem bemüht, rasch und trotzdem sehr zuvorkommend - Nichtraucherzimmer.Bad sehr klein (inkl. WC). Frühstücksbuffet sehr einfalts- und lieblos präsentiert - keine Aufmerksamkeit beim Personal bez. Getränke (Kaffee) - während des Frühstücks neben den Gästen geputzt. Preis/Leistung/Service für 17 Euro pro Person absolut nicht gepasst. Würde wieder buchen, aber ohne Frühstück |
