Personalul foarte foarte amabil, curatenie exemplara, camerele mari si spatioase, pozitia fata de centrul orasului - un hotel excelent.

Location and the hotel personnel was great.

The staff were very helpful when we arrived quite late, having been let down by a nearby 'hotel'. The room was gigantic and clean but moderately furnished.

The location was not convenient for the city centre or the train station. Breakfast was poor with a limited choice and poor quality.

If anybody arrive to innsbruck near midnight, it is a good chance to have rest, it is near aeroport. Thanks to Katya Measteata (from Moldova) who describes all pleasant sites near the city and kindly ask to all of the questions we have. Staff at the kitchen was also very polite. And meal is good. The hotel is situated at 15-20 min from historical center of the city and it is very simple way how to rich it.

It is a pity, that just now round the SommerHotel there are going reconstruction. They begin to work at 6.00 A.M. and this troubles and gets on nerves. But I think this will end in a week.

best of all the location - the view of the Alps just out of the window. The staff very very polite and helpful.

i liked everything about the hotel . the best thing was the view from the window. lying in my bad I could enjoy the marve3lous views of the Alps just across the window. I also liked the staff - very very helpful and nice.

Street works around the hotel, some difficult to locate and arrive.

The breakfast was very bad, not much choice at all.

Remarkably friendly stuff. Good value for money

This is not a hotel, its a student residence open as hostel during summer. Its very basic, quite noisy, and my room was dirty (especially the sheets)

Location and price.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff described our room as a 'small double' but it was actually very large. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available but staff made us some sandwiches. Great location for the airport and very good value for money. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Really nice Indian restaurant very close by.

A small thing - the phone in the room wasn't working so the wake-up call we'd booked didn't happen. Could have been difficult without the alarm on my watch.

Friendly staff. Good budget hotel for a one night stop.

Rooms are too basic. Spaceous, but facilities are very basic. For an extended stay in Innsbruck, this hotel is not recommended, as it has no good views around the Hotel. Rather, lot of construction and confusion with driving. However, if it is a one night stop, it is value for money.

we had booked apartment for 4 people but were told on check in that apartment wasn't available but Manager accommodated us with 2 double rooms for same price which worked out well, rooms were great

Um mal eine Nacht zu verbringen i.O. - kein längerer Aufenthalt sinnvoll, da es sich eher um eine Kombination Studentenwohnheim mit Uwischendurch Zimmervemietung handelt.
