The premisses are new and have a good standard. The staff was always gentle and ready to help you. For a hotel of this category I would expect to have laundry services at the hotel.

Breakfast and Staff in the restaurant and on the reception were polite On booking.com it clearly states "all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities". Our room (no. 19) did not. And we needed boiling water for our baby (one reason for selecting the hotel). The room and bathroom were also very old and tired looking and in no way represented the photos shown on Booking.com. When we complained about the room, coffee making facilities and wi-fi (only sporadically available) we were told that they have 2 categories of room. Room no. 19 is the old one and anyway, we were the only guests to have an internet problem. That was it. Not very customer friendly in our opinion. There are many much better properties in the area and we will be staying at one of these the next time we are in Dornbirn.

Nicely designed hotel. Loved the roof deck! Great location. Great value for price. Amazing breakfast buffet (included in room). The bed was very hard, and there was only one pillow, which I had to do some origami on to make work. Had a very rude awakening my first morning there. After traveling a solid 26 hours traveling and having just fallen asleep due to jetlag, the housekeeper abruptly entered my room and turned on all of the lights at 8am, even though I was trying to tell her I was in the room and to not come in when she knocked. Use your "Do not disturb sign" if you stay here.

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl an frisch Zubereitetem. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Eine einzige Wohlfühloase :o) Es sind nicht ausreichend viele Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel vorhanden. Gegebenenfalls muss man auf öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten ausweichen. Großer Vorteil ist aber, dass beide Alternativen kostenlos sind!

Bis auf die Betten war alles OK. Die Betten sind zu weich,wenn man sich reinlegt, liegt man in einen Graben.Für 4 Sterne wir hatten schon bessere.Es sind auch 2 Einzelbetten die immer auseinnanderrutschen.Schade.

Bereikbaarheid vanaf de snelweg goed en duidelijk omschreven. Prima overnachting richting wintersportgebieden. Binnenstad lijkt mij zeer de moeite waard(geen tijd voor gehad helaas) Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Es hat alles gepaßt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Keinerlei Probleme. Kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Überdachter Parkplatz wäre im Winter schon gut. Fitnessangebot könnte etwas besser sein.

Zimmerausstattung, sehr modern, Frühstücksbuffet, eigentlich alles Top und auf dem neusten Niveau. Die Betten im Doppelzimmer waren Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben wurden. Ich würde darauas nur eins machen, du nimmst ja sonst kein Doppelzimmer.

Das nach 22:00 Uhr niemand mehr an der Rezeption erreichbar ist - wenn sich der Flug verspätet, steht man vor verschlossener Türe und kann Telefonterror machen, um jemand zu erreichen, denn man wird nicht mal zurück gerufen, obwohl man eine Nachricht auf der Mobilbox hinterlässt! Das es offiziell ab 07:00 Uhr Frühstück gibt, der Frühstücksraum um 07:15 Uhr noch immer verschlossen war - sehr ungut, wenn man morgens Termine hat!
