Breakfast and Staff in the restaurant and on the reception were polite

On booking.com it clearly states "all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities". Our room (no. 19) did not. And we needed boiling water for our baby (one reason for selecting the hotel). The room and bathroom were also very old and tired looking and in no way represented the photos shown on Booking.com. When we complained about the room, coffee making facilities and wi-fi (only sporadically available) we were told that they have 2 categories of room. Room no. 19 is the old one and anyway, we were the only guests to have an internet problem. That was it. Not very customer friendly in our opinion. There are many much better properties in the area and we will be staying at one of these the next time we are in Dornbirn.

We liked the proximity to the centre of the charming town of Dornbirn, the room was facing the mountains and quiet as it opened to a central courtyard...adeqaute in size as we had lots of luggage. The breakfast was excellent, the staff in the dining room very helpful.

Some difficulty on arrival as the receptioniste had trouble locating our booking, then directed us to a noisy and very basic room facing the street...definitely not a 'superior room' as booked. Later she showed us another available room when we compalined, which she should have offered first. This fitted the descroiption of 'superior double room' bestter!

Excellent ambience with lovely Breakfast. Staff were very helpful during the stay.

Internet access was good. Great covered rooftop lounge for relaxing.

Cet hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux standards d'un 4 étoiles. D'ailleurs, il est présenté en réalité comme un 3 étoiles sur place. Les chambres sont mal nettoyées, il n'y a pas de mini bar, ni bouilloire pour le café, ni chaînes télés satellites. Vous aurez droit à un magnifique vis à vis avec un lycée. La proximité au centre ville reste relative. Le parking est en effet gratuit mais vous ne pouvez pas vous assurer qu'une place soit disponible. Il n'y a pas de personnel de nuit au sein de l'hôtel (le late checking est donc à 20h00!!) D'ailleurs le personnel parle très peu voir pas du tout anglais. L'ascenseur est aussi grand qu'un mouchoir de poche. Et si vous pensiez passer une nuit fraîche avec vue sur montagne, préparez vous à passer une nuit chaude sans climatisation au bord d'un axe routier important à Dornbirn. Hôtel trop cher qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles.

Achtung! Entgegen der **** Sterne bei Booking.COM Handelt es sich nicht um ein vier Sterne Hotel, sondern lediglich um ein Hotel Garni !! Im Höchstfall kann man drei Sterne vergeben, keine mini Bar, kein Wellness, das auf der Dachterrasse vorhandene Jacuzzi ist nur für den "Chef" , keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, es gibt auch auf Nachfrage keinen Ventilator und das bei 31 Grad im Zimmer.

Der Ausblick beim Frühstück in der achten Etage mit dem tollen Rundumblick über die Altstadt, zum See - phänomenal!!!!

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gibt wohl mehrere parkhäuser in der Nähe, ist allerdings umständlich und teuer

Es hat alles gepaßt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Keinerlei Probleme. Kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Überdachter Parkplatz wäre im Winter schon gut. Fitnessangebot könnte etwas besser sein.

Die gute Lage. ca. 10mim vom Stadtzentrum, nettes Personal, gute Ausstattung des Zimmers

Zimmerausstattung, sehr modern, Frühstücksbuffet, eigentlich alles Top und auf dem neusten Niveau.

Die Betten im Doppelzimmer waren Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben wurden. Ich würde darauas nur eins machen, du nimmst ja sonst kein Doppelzimmer.
