Hotel breakfast was good and sufficient, fresh.... would have loved a few more egg options, but good enough. Rooms are simple but clean and good, with excellent views.... and coming back in the after noon a nice little sun spot in the basement area to enjoy a vine or beer. Hotel also has a good key system to leave the room key at the hotel with a code.

The rooms overlook the Nockberge Mountains and the garden, and feature cable TV, a seating area, and a bathroom ( we still have just small bathrooms inour rooms!) with hairdryer. A garden sauna, steam bath, soft sauna, and 2 infrared cabins are available in summer only for a fee and advance notice. Hotel Sonnenheim also offers a ski storage room. Cycling tours can be arranged on site. Free private parking is available, and the ski bus stops 492 feet away. The Kaiserburg Golf Course is 1.9 mi away.
