One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Sehr schönes Bad und WC obwohl sich mir die Sinnhaftigkeit eines vollflächigen Spiegels am WC entzieht - muss ich mein verkrampftes Gesicht umbedingt auch noch im Spiegel sehen??? *gg* Sehr legere Umgangsformen an der Rezeption für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Aschenbecher auf dem Zimmer war nicht entleert. Die Kleiderschränke sollten eventuell erneuert werden. Werten zusammen mit dem alternden Teppichboden den ansonsten guten Eindruck des Zimmers ab |

L'elegante e confortevole area benessere, bellissima la piscina, lo spazioso e fornito centro saune. Accogliente la camera familiare: una spaziosa ed elegante suite. Competente e disponibile il personale dell'Hotel, sopratutto per quanto riguarda il servizio ai piani. Ampi spazi nella hall e nel ristorante, adatto anche ai bimbi più piccoli. Ottima la piccola colazione al buffet. L'odore di cibo proveniente dalla cucina e disperso in tutto l'hotel (secondo piano compreso!). Probabilmente dipeso da un difettoso sistema di areazione in cucina, |

Accesso alla passeggiata sul lago. Il personale è stato assolutamente sgradevole, in particolare quello del ristorante. Non spiccicano una parola in italiano ed anche l'inglese talvolta è poco meglio dei gesti. Non c'è un servizio per il trasporto dei bagagli (molti degli ospiti erano persone anziane). Il wireless dell'albergo è abbastanza costoso. Avevamo chiesto una stanza con vista sul lago e ce hanno data una affacciata esattamente sul versante opposto dell'edificio. La palestra è assolutamente insufficiente per un albergo di questa levatura. |

Neues wellness - bade Haus! Gute Sauner mit See zugang. Achtung: Zimmer war sehr alt und renovierungsbetürftig! Der lift war eien Katerstrope und das fenster war nicht dicht! Aber das Preis leistungsverhältniss stimmt!!!! |

Lo splendido parco nel quale è ubicato; l'ottimo tono dell'hotel; il panorama che si gode dai suoi balconi Inconcepibile che un hotel di questo livello non provveda ad aiutare i suoi ospiti a portare in camera il bagaglio. A me è stato consegnato un carrello, peraltro non idoneo per entrare in ascensore, con un tacito comprensibile "Arranciatri da solo" e per me è stata una fatica |
