The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When they realized we had made a mistake booking our room, they applied the appropriate charge without being asked. The children's area in the side yard is phenomenal! From play house, large slide and fort, to the trampoline, our three year old had many options to keep busy. We didn't use the sitter, but the staff introduced themselves and were very attentive and engaged with the other children.

I I would very much recommend this hotel, having stayed at hundreds. The spa is fabulous and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful. Neustift is not particularly attractive but extremely convenient for skiing at Stubaital. All transport shuttles very helpful. I look forward to going back!

GWにSTUBAIERへのSki旅行に6泊、友人とシングル3部屋利用しました。スパの施設（屋外プール- にジャグジー、各種サウナにウオーターベッド等）は素晴らしく、Skiで疲れた体を癒してくれました。部屋- からスパ施設までは専用のガウン、スリッパを着用しタオルを入れるかごを持っての移動でしたのでリラックス- 出来ました。夕食はコースメニューで日替わりの3種類から選択出来、地元の食材を使った美味しい料理を頂き- ました。（予約時の料金設定は朝食のみでしたが、初日の夕食時に指定席に案内され、そこでハーフボードであ- ることを確認出来ました。ハーフボードでこの料金であれば大満足です。）Ski場へはホテルのミニバンで送- 迎され、移動の疲れもありません。是非次回も利用したいと思います。

Prostředí, vybavení, výběr jídel a vín. Ochota personálu - zde je to o jednotlivcích. V den odjezdu po 10 hodině již rodině našeho syna nefungovala vstupní karta do pokoje. Čas odjezdu je přitom deklarován až ve 12.00 hod.

Wellness, Frühstück, Personal ist sehr professionell, die Geschäftsführung des Hotels ist erstklassig, der Gast steht absolut im Mittelpunkt. ich habe nicht das gebuchte Appartment bekommen und mußte einen Aufpreis für ein Upgrade zahlen.

Espectacular ubicación. El Spa es muy bueno y el personal del Hotel muy profesional. Evidentemente es un 5 estrellas gran lujo, con lo que todo esto es esperable. la calida-precio es adecuada.

Bardzo miła obsługa Przy tak wysokiej cenie woda w pokoju powinna być bezpłatna. Jest to polityka bardzo kiepskich I bardzo tanich hoteli.

Очень хороший ,продуманный до мелочей, отель.Из неких минусов можно отметить только отсутствие центрального кондиционирования,но это несущественно ,так как открыв окно, дышишь великолепным горным воздухом.Великолепная кухня,отличный СПА -центр,бассейн,территория.Очень хорошо для горнолыжников в межсезонье,т.к.зона катания на леднике большая .

The spa area is one of the best i've ever seen, really really nice, especially the hot whirlpool and the sole grotte. After a few hours there,you'll forget almost every problem. If you are a lover of the traditional- tirol style,the dining room is really a dream: wood everywhere and incredible upholstery. The breakfast and the quality of the food are at the top. I really enjoyed the music during breakfast time: smooth and quiet. It's a family owned 5 stars, and almost everywhere in the hotel you can feel it: lovely hearts made by birch wood are "scattered" in every corner. A plus are the Molton Brown bath & body products.
