Sehr freundlicher Service, Personal ist mit Geduld und Charme bereit, Informationen und Hilfe weit über den reinen Hotelservice hinaus zu geben. Sauberkeit, Sehr günstige Lage, Moderne, geschmackvolle (das ist allerdings individuell zu sehen..) Einrichtung. Ich bin als ehemaliger Flugkapitän vertraut mit Hotels in aller Welt: das Hotel Spitz kann in seiner Klasse mit den Besten mithalten. Leider sind die Balkone auf der Innenseite von Zimmer zu Zimmer durchgängig. Hotelfluchtweg! |

Da ich sehr viel in Hotels übernachte, sind meine Kriterien eher nüchterner Natur. Das heißt: Dieses Hotel erfüllt viele Punkte in Sachen Komfort, Ruhe & Sauberkeit. |

Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Modernes Styling, aber nicht übertrieben. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt von Linz über die Brücke in wenigen Minuten. Es gibt eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Wegen der Lage in der Stadt naturgemäß etwas laut. |
