Sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, feine Küche und gut ausgestatteter Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Würde zu diesem Preis jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tiefgarage, Lage, schöner Speisesaal mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Ort und die Berge Beim Abendessen gehört angemessene Kleidung und kein Trainingsanzug, welches von einigen Personen gehandhabt wurde.

Eccellente servizio e disponibilità dello staff; camere spaziose, pulite ed estremamente silenziose; zona termale ampia ed adeguata. Niente di particolare di negativo, forse solo la temperatura della zona pranzo era troppo inferiore a quella del resto dell'hotel.

Vista panoramica. Arredamento datato ma con il suo fascino. Colazioni e cene soddisfacenti. Molto pulito. Piscina per bambini e spa piuttosto povera. Camere senza una cassetta di sicurezza, nè serrande o scuri.

Hotel je sice starší, ale je vidět, že se o něj velice dobře starají. Je dobře udržovaný, čistý. Pokoj jsme měli rodinný, byl prostorný a vzhledem k tomu, že hotel stojí ve svahu - s krásným výhledem z okna. Jídlo bylo velice chutné. Personál ochotný. Hotel má strategickou polohu - je to blízko k jezeru, kousek jsou termální lázně a v zimě jsou všude okolo možnosti lyžování. Možnost parkování v podzemních garážích. Nevýhody - špatně větraná jídelna - velké teplo a špatně odvětraný bazén - vlhko z bazénu prostupuje celým hotelem.

La pulizia è buona . Non mi è propio piaciuto questo hotel.Si mangiava malissimo,il personale era poco gentile inoltre non ha I servizi adeguati ad un 4 stelle.

Affabilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale dell'albergo, pulizia ed ordine in genere. Mancanza di controllo da parte del personale dell'albergo sulle norme igieniche e di sicurezza nella piscina.

Sehr netter,hilfsbereiter Service. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und gute,leckere Auswahl der Menüs.In der Nacht ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Gute Lage. Ein sehr hübsches Hotel, dem leider ein gewisser Mangel an Pflege fehlt Z.B. Aussenanlage,(alte Liegestühle auf ungepflegte Terrasse), Wasserflecken an der Zimmerdecke. Sehr kleine Dusche und Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern.

Der warme Whirlpool ist nach dem Skifahren ein Hit. Die Sauna ist zwar etwas klein, aber man findet immer Platz. Das Hotel ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, aber das ist für mich eigentlich nur nebensächlich.

Cortesia del personale e pulizia camera, ottima cucina, parcheggio coperto, posizione su piste, area welness. Riscaldamento non regolabile (notti da sauna). Stanza bambini tetra, scarna e giochi inutilizzabili, inpensabile lasciarci i figli piccoli. Poca pulizia aree comuni e accessori in decadenza.

Очень хороший отель. Внимательный персонал. Приехали оч поздно вечером, тем не менее в отеле накормили. в отлеле есть бассейн, 2сауны, джакузи.Все входит в стоимость.
