Good location and out of the traffic/congestion of downtown Innsbruck. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Although I was aware of it prior to booking, this hotel does not accept credit cards and requires you to pay in cash. Very inconvenient ... |

Mutters was a nice little village outside of Innsbruck with a rail link and tram stop to town very close to the hotel. Nice big balcony overlooking Innsbruck and surrounding mountains. Great food in the guesthouse restaurant. Nice friendly staff. Good value rooms. Freezing in our room. Even though it was summer the daytime temperature max was 10c. We asked for the heating to be put on but they said they don't use it in summer. By our third night more people must have complained because they finally heated the place. This was the only downside to our stay. |

We were given a very spacious roomwith two balconies. Probably the best all-inclusive breakfast we had on our trip. It's a bit out of the way of Innsbruck so you're better off finding a hotel more central to Innsbruck if you're only staying overnight. |

Although we stayed only for one night, we did enjoy it, we appreciated kindness of the staff, very friendly welcome, excellent rich breakfast with quick and efficient service. Also the room was comfortable and very clean. Everything was perfect. |

Type b room for two people is very nice. Bay window and balcony. Hotel well located in a quiet town with great view of the mountains. Free parking. Very good breakfast in nice dining room. Easy access to Innsbruck. Would not hesitate to go back and to recommend to friends. The hotel's "cash only" policy would have to be reviewed but we knew this ahead of time so it did not cause us a problem. Access to internet was difficult in common areas and not accessible in rooms. Would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room. |

Nice family run hotel in a beautiful village outside Innsbruck. The room was very comfortable, the free parking was also very appreciated. There is no internet access from the room and the signal in the cafe is not very strong, very difficult to make a connection. |

Proximity to Innsbruck and located in a quaint town. Price was higher than the price posted in the room. Staff was not friendly. |

Liked the beautiful view from our room. The hotel was cozy and well located for a quite retreat. The main internet was not working, so we had to go thru their private rooms to reach the room where we could surf the net (that too only if we have our own laptop). We had to schedule our internet surfing according to the convenience of the hotel staff. We also did not get hot water for a whole day to bathe. |
