Extremely heavy construction. This is not just a remodel byut a major reconstruction wi ad addition of two floors. Customers should have been told this at the time of the reservation. |

Comfortable bed,good sized room and bathroom, very convenient for the airport. Meal very satisfactory. Service in the diningroom could have been better. Car parking position was confusing ie college carpark. |

Ecxellent customer service, breakfast, cleaness Was not exactly 4 star hotel ( no safe, no minibar, no bathrobe and slipper availble to use when going to Sauna, no ironing possibility, water when showering went always on the floor etc), location was not ideal of for us |

The room was bigger and cleaner than we expected. Breakfast was ready early in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could hear some noise from corridor which let us woke up in the middle of night... But not from next room. |

Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, netter Service Das Hotelzimmer waren ganz nett, allerdings haben die dünnen Wände genervt. Desweiteren hat sich in Tirol scheinbar noch nicht herumgesprochen, daß wenn ein 'Bitte nicht stören Schild' an der Tür hängt, man auch nicht durch Staubsaugen und Kinderlärm um halb 8 in der Früh - vor der Türe - zwangsweise aufgeweckt werden will. Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum allerdings sehr bemüht und freundlich. |

five minutes walk from the airport, ideal when you have to go to the sport university, good breakfast from 0700am, current works in progress from 0730am to 1630 pm from monday to friday, but the hotel is calm at night and during weekend, so that's ok, direct bus line to city center within 15 minutes, room neat (except the screen of the TV set i cleaned !) warmly welcoming and au revoir at the reception (they booked by themselves a room in their hotel in city center due to the works in progress and insisted upon i got there until i told them i wanted to go to the university the most part of the day !) |

Hotel war eine Baustelle. Beim buchen gab es dazu keine Information.Wollte in die Sauna - ging nicht - Baustelle. Vor meinem Zimmer Baustellenabdeckung.Da reciht es nicht, dass der Preis um 10 EUR reduziert ist. Beurteilung nach den angeführten Kritereien ist daher nicht möglich. |

Die Nähe zum Flughafen Innsbruck und die Möglichkeit, schon um 05:00 ein (beinah) komplettes Frühstücksbuffet zu bekommen. Im Moment wird umgebaut und das wirkt sich natürlich auf den Komfort aus. Wir wussten aber schon vorher von den Arbeiten. |

Francamente nulla.Ascensore fuori servizio,ponteggi davanti alle finestre,operai che avanti e indietro con alttrezzi da cantiere,tendaggi abbaglianti,tipo tortura del sonno. Vedi sopra.Sarebbe stato più corretto essere avvisati dello stato dell'hotel:UN cantiere in CORSO,non escludo di valutare azioni in questo senso. |

La gentillesse du personnel.La lampe ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain.Ne sachant pas répondre à nos besoins, ils nous ont demandé aussitôt de changer de chambre. Très attentionnés aux clients. L'hôtel est en trein de faire des travaux d'agrandissement. Il y a beaucoup de bruit, et beaucoup de poussière. ( Vitres non lavées) |

Jag är mkt nöjd med hotellet och dess belägenhet. Jag trodde ev. att jag skulle bli störd av landande och lyftande plan men det fanns inga sådana problem. Jag var mkt nöjd med att det var bara 5 minuters promenad till entrén till flygplatsterminalen. |

Bemötandet och frukosten. Hade lite småsaker som behövde bytas i rummet (duschslang och vattenkran var trasiga men gick dock att använda) Internet fungerade inte, fastän man gjorde reklam för att hotellet hade det. |
