“This hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, excellent facilities, very good breakfast. It provide wireless internet all over the hotel, including the room. You can reach it by walking from airport, go to the city in 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bus. Overall, it exceed my expection.”

comfortable room and bed. near to the airport. excellent breakfast. pleasant staff - reception and dining. warm it would have amde a huge difference to my comfort if we had had tea and coffee making facilities in the room - a small thing but would have made all the difference.

Very friendly manager, a german guy with big moustache. We had a car with a trailer and he directly send a employee outside to look for a big parkingplace. The rooms are a little bit older but very clean. The breakfast was awesome, big choises and detailed. Perfect! The bar staf in the evening was hopeless. We sit 30min on the bar, try to get some attention to order some drinks but nobody look up. Not so friendly as well. But the other persons (parking guy and the manager) makes that i give a high rank as well. Chapeau!

The size and comfort of the rooms was really welcome, fine duvets and pillows. Easy parking,very good breakfast,sauna gym and wet room were a welcome bonus. If you need a quick friendly evening meal and you're too tired to hit the centre of Innsbruck then walk over to the Pizzeria (Papa) at the Tennis club opposite.

It is exelent hotel)) location is very comfortable for traveling, there is a spa center with a belle vue to mountain , the breakfast is very tasty. We are very glad to stay in this hotel.

I liked its proximity to the airport, its easy reach from the city (I had arrived by train and it was just a short taxi ride to your hotel), its design (especially the bathrooms), and its quietness (even with flights taking off in the morning). Last but not least the evening dinner and breakfast in the morning were both superb. I less appreciated staff knocking on my door in the morning (about 8:30) to see whether they could clean my room already. Also, the staff working the breakfast round should smile a little more.

Breakfast! Perfect quality and great variation. Incl in stay. Perfect for early birds who need to catch an 7am flight. Also location is very convenient, as it is just 5 min walking distance to the airport. Pillows. Very thin and poorly made.

Room was modern, clean and quiet. I was bit worried about airplane noise, but it turned out this was not even noticeable. Everything worked in the room and the bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower. All of the staff was courteous and accommodating without being overbearing. The restaurant was kind of expensive, but the dinner was great. The breakfast, which was included in the price of our room, was fantastic. It was comprehensive, the food was all very fresh and well presented. They also kept everything refreshed very well, so you didn't end up having to wait along time, or just skip something, when it ran out. I really like the free parking as well.

The staff are excellent, lead by a courteous,kind and helpful manager. It was my second time staying there in 2 months - the last occasion for business and this time for a ski holiday. Nothing although my son was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bath!

It was very convenient to stay there for one night coming with the flight from Vienna to Innsbruck, since we were travelling to Italy the next day for our ski holiday- only 2 hours to Selva! The dinner in the evening was absolute top class - gourmet food was not what I had expected in an airport hotel - absolutely delicious!

The location next to the Airport is excellent and I was able to walk there in a few minutes to pick up my wife who arrived in the evening ! Breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide selection of fruit ! Staff were Excellent . Aircraft noise is not a problem ! A small niggle was that the pillows were very small but this was not a problem because we asked for more at reception and got extra ones within 5 minutes !

It's isolated, away from the town, and adjacent to the airport, but quiet. The bust stop to and from is only 25 m away, so boarding the bus to town is easy. The included breakfast offers a variety, such as fruits, cold cuts, pastries, sausage and eggs, cereal, so guests should find something to their liking. Tv had a fuzzy reception and all channels. Tv wasn't important, so this problem wasn't brought to the hotel's attention. Just the same, the expectation is a clear tv reception at any hotel.
