環境は非常に良い。部屋も清潔で気持ち良い。 ホテル従業員がもう少しにこやかに対応すればもっと感じが良くなる。 |

aknowledgement. They do not have electricity adaptor. No AC. far from the city station (on a hill). Furniture looks old. TV channels. |

The food was very good and the pool and spa were good and in general the reception staff were very helpful and happy. The decor was rather tired and could do with being refurbished, some of the furniture was badly scratched some The lighting in the dining area and bar was very depressing there was no atmosphere at all it made you feel that you wanted to fall asleep. The staff were talking about going on holiday all the time and that the hotel was closing in two weeks which made you feel as you were in the way. |

The bar and the restuarant were very relaxing with friendly staff. The food and variance of the menu was excellent. A very relaxing stay. Charging for afternoon tea seemed petty. |

Uitbaters en personeel héél vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is goed en het eten (wij waren er in HP) was lekker (altijd 3 keuzemogelijkheden voor het hoofdgerecht). Op zondag werd er zelfs een gratis aperitief aangeboden voor het avondmaal en kwamen de uitbaters uitgebreid kennismaken met hun gasten. Héél gemoedelijke sfeer en die avond zelfs een uitgebreid voorgerechtenbuffet. |

Uitstekend familiehotel, vriendelijk personeel en persoonlijke aandacht, prima keuken (half pension), rustig gelegen en toch op slechts vijf minuten lopen van het centrum en het meer. Mooi en verzorgd hotel met goede faciliteiten. |
