la ubicacion es preciosa el personal es muy atento y profesional.la cena en el restaurane del hotel es muy buena. las habitaciones estan decoradas como en los años 60 y se han quedado tal cual ;.el cuarto de baño es anticuado e incomodo.La categoria seria a lo sumo un 3 estrellas de montaña y muy machacadito.El precio es excesivo paa la calidad de la habitacion. |

We got a very nice dinner - included in room price. I thought it would be like buffet dinner but not - it was five meals curse - perfect! Swimming pool is smaller than it looks on web photos - but Spa is good anyway |

The staff are very professional ,excellent service and the food was excellent. Good facilities and location for the ski lifts was ideally located within a 2 minute walk. I have stayed a many hotels and this hotel rates highly with me and my family. |

location is great. a few minutes walk to town. hotel very comfortable, efficiently run. Wonderful lounge/bar for morning coffee as well as evening drinks (open til midnight or later) Friendly, helpful staff.. highly recommenhd. |

very nice clean cozy hotel in great location-hotel staff friendly,polite,excellent.services and facilites including food(h/b) perfect!idyallic lobby near fireplace for spending the evenings and unique sauna viewing skiing slopes!!!one of the best hotels we've ever visited!!! although everything was incredible perfect,they should put double curtains in the room because room wasn't dark and they could provide it with one double bed and not with two twin beds together. |

It was far too hot particularly in the dining room and bar. Several guests were commenting on that fact and leaving the bar early. It was not possible to shower(even though this was a superior double room )as there was no shower curtain so we were were "forced" to take a bath. When I mentioned it upon paying the bill I was told to ask for a shower next tiime.!!! |

the location is fanatstic, Seefeld is a nice town with great facilities, probably very busy in the summer and skiing season. Excellent value for money in the off season. Worth another visit One member of staff was un helpful very one else was fine |

l'environnement de l hotel , la courtoisie du personnel de salle au restaurant ,la restauration de qualité un confort digne d un 1 étoile c est un scandale pour un 4* luxe d avoir une literie de si mauvaise qualité , la déco de la chambre date des années 80 il est temps de relouké |

Een lux hotel met veel comfort. Het hotel is ondanks de grootte toch bijzonder sfeervol. Het ontbijt en diner was van een uitstekende kwaliteit. Eigenlijk te weinig parkeergelegenheid onder en bij het hotel. |
