受付の女性がとても親切でフレンドリー。小さいけど、プールやサウナでリラックスできました。部屋は一般的で、タオル、バスローブ、アメニティ、冷蔵庫など付いていました。インスブルックにも車で遠くないです。 オフシーズンに行くと少しさみしげな場所ですが、天候にも寄ります。雨で寒い日にはスパで楽しむしかないという感じ。リラックスするにはいいと思います。すぐ近所にも公共の屋内プールがありました。冬まっただなかの雪のときは、seefeldからインスブルックへ下る坂道はコワイかもしれません。 |

夜遅くまで利用できるジャグジーや小さなプールが良かった。 ホテル内のレストランが夜閉店しており、近くのレストランで食事をとったので地元の料理が食べられなかったこと。 |

We got a very nice dinner - included in room price. I thought it would be like buffet dinner but not - it was five meals curse - perfect! Swimming pool is smaller than it looks on web photos - but Spa is good anyway |

The staff are very professional ,excellent service and the food was excellent. Good facilities and location for the ski lifts was ideally located within a 2 minute walk. I have stayed a many hotels and this hotel rates highly with me and my family. |

location is great. a few minutes walk to town. hotel very comfortable, efficiently run. Wonderful lounge/bar for morning coffee as well as evening drinks (open til midnight or later) Friendly, helpful staff.. highly recommenhd. |

very nice clean cozy hotel in great location-hotel staff friendly,polite,excellent.services and facilites including food(h/b) perfect!idyallic lobby near fireplace for spending the evenings and unique sauna viewing skiing slopes!!!one of the best hotels we've ever visited!!! although everything was incredible perfect,they should put double curtains in the room because room wasn't dark and they could provide it with one double bed and not with two twin beds together. |

It was far too hot particularly in the dining room and bar. Several guests were commenting on that fact and leaving the bar early. It was not possible to shower(even though this was a superior double room )as there was no shower curtain so we were were "forced" to take a bath. When I mentioned it upon paying the bill I was told to ask for a shower next tiime.!!! |

the location is fanatstic, Seefeld is a nice town with great facilities, probably very busy in the summer and skiing season. Excellent value for money in the off season. Worth another visit One member of staff was un helpful very one else was fine |

Das Essen war sehr gut......die Massage war sehr hervorragend, allerdings muss die Masseurin herbestellt werden. Wellnessbereich ist zwar modern gemacht jedoch, sehr klein und im 2. Stock direkt neben denn Zimmern - das würd ich eher als negativ beurteilen. Wenigstens eine lange Sitzung auf dem Klo ist gewährt da um die 5 Klorollen zu finden waren, was ja sonst eher nicht der Fall in den Hotels ist - also das war mal schon gut! :-) Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.....ein großes Plus ist der kleine gemütliche Garten im Zwischenstock, wo man nach einer Massage wirklich sehr ausruhen kann und die frische Seefelds genießen darf. Für das Preisleistungsverhältnis war unser Zimmer sehr schlecht,ziemlich sicher noch die ersten Zimmern vom Hotel, gemeinsamer Balkon mit 5 anderen Zimmern (geht schon mal gar nicht, somal davon nicht die Rede ist) an der Decke sowie an der Wand konnte man sehn das verputzt wurde und nicht frisch gestrichen, die Couch hatte ein Mega großes Loch - vermutlich von einer Zigarette - wobei ich extra ein Nichtraucher Zimmer reserviert habe. von einer Minibar war überhaupt nichts zu sehn, aber hauptsache die Preisliste dafür war auf dem Zimmer. 2 kleine Flaschen Mineralwasser standen auf einem Nachtkästchen und das wars (2,50€ für 0,25 l) Duschen war die reinste Katastrophe, im nachhinein hättest du die Feuerwehr holen können wegen Hochwasser! Duschvorhang war nicht einmal einer angebracht. Muss aber dazu sagen, die neuen Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet - da ich in eines Einblick hatte wo gerade ein Zimmermädchen dran war. Viell. vorher um Absprache mit Hotel, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Etwas zu nah an der Straße gelegen.....aber im großen und ganzen war ich schon zufrieden! Und Bitte, das ist meine Kritik zum Hotel - jeder sieht und erlebt es anders! |
