It offers a breakfast buffet and professional child care. All the spacious rooms provide balconies, a private bathroom, and satellite TV. In winter, guests of the St. Urbanerhof can easily reach the Simonhöhe ski area, which is 5 km away. Guests can park at the valley station free of charge or benefit from the free shuttle service. Lake Urban is also suitable for ice-skating, and skates can be rented at the reception. Lake Urban is one of the warmest swimming lakes in Carinthia. In summer, the St. Urbanerhof is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking in the Nockberge National Park and in the immediate vicinity. Indoor and outdoor tennis courts are on site, as are beach volleyball facilities and a luxurious spa area. The hotel also organises horse riding lessons and horseback riding on request. Very comfortable rooms, children playground is big and nice. Breakfast very good. Hotel stuff kind. Very cold in pool area. Pitty because very nice pool and we could not enjoy in it. The way from pool to sauna area very cold . we were not satisfied because this area was not anything to do after skiing. There is nothing around to see. Castles were closed, and ambient was a litle bit scaring.

Very comfortable place, family friendly with good spa and really amiable and helpful staff in a small picturesque village. Great experience for my family and me :o)

Good staff o f hotel,very good place for families with children,nice view of the area This is a hotel designed for families and children,not a 100percent for elderly people to relax

La tranquillità Ho inviato una Mail prima di confermare l'Hotel chiedendo informazioni riguardo costi per avere la pensione completa o la mezza pensione ma non ho avuto risposta.Quando sono arrivato in Hotel mi sono accordato per una mezza pensione perchè I punti di ristoro più vicini distano parecchi chilometri e con un bambino non è molto comodo muoversi soprattutto la sera.Al momento del pagamento la sorpresa:il conto tot. Non rispettava gli accordi presi verbalmente.Praticamente mi hanno fatto pagare la mezza pensione come una pensione completa,il bambino ha pagato come un adulto,il bere (sebbene al self e analcolico)come aver consumato bottiglie di vino pregiato.Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni,la persona alla reception era diventata nervosissima.Personale inadatto.Praticamente ho pagato il doppio (ricevuta alla mano)ma a questo prezzo si trova di meglio...BOCCIATO!!

Нормальная гостиница. Заехали мы поздно но поселили нас нормально. Завтрак хороший. В принципе замечаний нет

La grande varietà di ambienti, dalla enorme sala giochi per bambini attrezzata e custodita (anche se da ragazzi solo di lingua tedesca), un centro benessere ottimo, camere familiari molto spaziose. L'unica cosa carente (anche se per noi molto importante) la qualità del cibo e il modo L'unica cosa carente (anche se per noi molto importante) la qualità del cibo e il modo di cucinare (pessimo direi). Negli hotel così grandi dovrebbero avere una cucina internazionale.

La piscina interna ha una temperatura dell'acqua molto bassa pur essendo messa a disposizione degli ospiti durante l'inverno quando fuori la temperatura scende quasi quotidianamente sotto lo zero.

Ottima l'area giochi con la sorveglianza delle baby sitter inclusi , 2 buone saune , ottima colazione a buffet, discreto il ristorante, gentille il metre e il portinaio alla reception . Temperaturadell'acqua troppo bassa per la stagione invernale !
