The room was spacious and clean, breakfast is tasty and the location of the hotel is excellent, pedestrian area starts just at the hotel

No AC in my room. Could be an issue if it's really hot outside.

Over all, good value for the money. The room was quite small and not so good organised (eg the tv was positioned on the top of the wardrobe).

The quality of the breakfast can be better.

We travelled with small children and a dog. Our room was bright with many windows and the location of the hotel is really good, just where the pedestrian area starts. The staff in the hotel was very helpful and flexible. I was also impressed that coffee was served to tables at the breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

The man on checkout when I left the hotel was rude. He insisted my card was block

friendly and informal but with enough professionalism. Good buffet for breakfast, looked an interesting evening menu, only sorry we couldn't try it but we have relatives in the town. The bedroom was fine, not much noise at night , comfortable bed and bathroom also was good. when we visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Great location; not expensive; decent breakfast; decent room; good choice for a night or two, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

The room and bathroom were completely unheated and it was cold; strange entrance option (with code and through the restaurant/bar); bathroom was kind of small, but acceptable.

Das Bett hatte den Komfort eines Wasserbettes mit zuwenig Wasser. Das Bad und die Toilette waren dermaßen eng, daß man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Die Duschkabine ist für etwas korpulentere Personen, wie mich, ein völliges Desaster. Der Balkon war dermaßen schmutzig, als wäre er jahrelang nicht geputzt worden und außerdem war vor dem Balkon eine Leuchtreklame montiert, die bis tief in die Nacht eingeschaltet war.

מלון נחמד בקצה המדרחוב הראשי היוצא מתחנת הרכבת. צוות אדיב. חדר נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. אכלתי גם ארוחת ערב בסגנון אוסטרי - היה טוב מאד. אינטרנט מהיר בחינם ב WI-FI . לגבי העיר - מקום נח ולא רחוק מוינה, אין יותר מדיי מה לעשות חוץ מקניות וטיול קצר - מומלץ מאד לנסוע לחצי יום לפחות לעיירה מלק במרחק של 20 דקות נסיעה ברכבת.

El servicio, la atencion muy mala. Te hacen salir de la habitacion a las 10:30. Pero lo peor es que eran las 10:31 y estabamos guardando las cosas para irnos y nos llamaron a la habitacion para decirnos que teniamos que irnos ya. No saben hablar nisiquira ingles. El desayuno era super simple y poco variado. Encima es muy caro para las instalaciones que son muy antiguas, nada que ver con lo que pintan a la cara. Tanto yo como mi novio estamos muy decepcionado por haber ido. Asi que de verdad que no lo recomiendo y mira que he estado en varios hoteles.

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und gegenüber vom Zimmer alt. Der Frühstücksraum gehört umgestaltet im vorderen Bereich gehört Nichtraucher mit Buffetecke und im hinteren Raum Raucher dann muss man als Nichtraucher nicht durch einen Raucherraum durchgehen!!!!!! Mehr Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet wär auch sehr schön ( um 7.30 )war am Buffet nur mehr ein paar Wurtscheiben und eine Scheibe Käse. Alles in allem einfach zu wenig Leistung für diesen heftigen Preis.Auch die Reception gehört abgeschirmt von dieser Raucherbar!!!!!

Sehr zuvorkommendes, motiviertes Personal; ausgezeichnete Küche.

Nasszelle bedarf einer Renovierung.

Die Zimmer sind Standard von den 70er Jahren, kann man nicht als Zimmer bezeichnen. Im ganzen Hotel/Räumlichkeiten wird stark geraucht (auch wo der Vermerk "bitte nicht rauchen" angegeben ist), die Zimmer stinken nach Rauch. Auch das Personal raucht! Küche, Frühstücksraum - überall stinkt es. Hotel für Arbeiter bzw. Personen mit wenig Ansprüchen. Hotel bietet keine Erholung, Entspannung nach einem stressreichen Tag.
