The hotel was perfect for this pre-Holiday-Season stay in Salzburg. Great location, pleasant and friendly staff - providing assistance when needed. I will make sure to stay there again, when next in Salzburg. |

my experience in this hotel was excellent! the location is superb, walking distance to almost everything in the city, the hotel has a very nice interior decoration, rooms are spacious & clean, the bathroom is new and clean as well. the staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful, I would like to thank the gentleman on the reception (I don't know his name unfortunately!) who was very helpful and did everything to plan our day trips. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg. |

Hotel is perfectly located in the old town city center, room is nice and clean, hotel staff very friendly and helpfull, breakfast ok. I distinctly appreciate the fact that neither hotel nor neighbourhoud is noisy, so I could rest without disturbance. I do recommend this hotel for travelers willing to get the best of Salzburg. |

Buona posizione in zona pedonale a pochi minuti dal centro storico, camera doppia essenziale ma molto carina anche il bagno era adegueto e ben curato sia esteticamente che come pulizia.Colazione abbondante ma nella norma come qualità. Forse il livello dell'albergo è leggermente inferiore a un quattro stelle e il prezzo per una doppia è un po' eccesivo ma nel caso di offerte (99 euro a notte) il prezzo è onesto.Ci tornerei Il parcheggio sotterraneo "convezionato" con l'albergo dista a pochi passi ma un po' costoso, il prezzo per un giorno di sosta non è di molto inferiore al prezzo senza convenzione dell'albergo |

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist sehr schön und die Lage zur Altstadt besticht! Die Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt und die Einrichtung entsprach nicht dem, was man sich unter einem 4-Stern-Hotel erwartet! |

Proximité du centre ville (5min à pieds), endroit tranquille et calme, assez typique, restaurant à recommander. Aurait vivement besoin d'être correctement raffraichit, donne l'impression d'avoir été refait à la va vite... Il ne faut pas trop regarder les détails... |

Eines dieser Hotels, die man betritt und sich denkt "da fühl ich mich wohl". Umso besser, wenn dieser erste Eindruck durch extrem freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Aufenthaltes bestätigt und untermauert wird. Viel Liebe bei der Einrichtung, die man bei jedem Schritt "spürt"- und wirklich ausnehmend excellentes Essen! Mehr geht nicht! |

Apprezzabile l'estrema cortesia del personale (alla reception c'era anche un ragazzo che parlava benissimo l'italiano e che ci ha dato molte indicazioni utili) e la posizione, centralissima e strategica, di questo piccolo ma grazioso e tipico hotel salisburghese . Poiche' le finestre non hanno persiane ne' tende oscuranti ci si sveglia con le prime luci dell'alba. Non c'e' aria condizionata e d'estate la camera puo' essere anche molto calda. |
