A light, spacious, quiet apartment. A 5 min walk from Vienna Wesbahnhof and the Ubahn. Supermarkets, a good bakery and eateries nearby and it is short trip on the U3 into the heart of the tourist centre of town. Except for the Wifi,everything worked well. Staff very helpful.

We had room 25 and the Wifi worked only near the front door. Browsing/skyping/face timing became almost comical in these circumstances. Quite irritating. A toaster would have been good to have.

The room was very large and open and had a balcony. Close to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful

Terrible breakfast only a few cereals, stale sweets. Though we were booked in for 3 nights had to buy our coffees, tea bags after receiving complimentarys for one day on arrival, other places at least refill every other day.

The design of the hotel is modern.

The room that we had is facing the street, so it's very noise during the day.

Location is great, I needed to be next to Westbahnhof to leave early. The room was large, with kitchenette ( that I never used) breakfast was varied enough

Location was great, right near a tram station and not far away from Westbanhof U station. You can easily get to many major attractions without having much to walk. Getting to the Vienna Zoo was a breeze. There are many fast-food places near the hotel, which can save you some time while out in the town. The apartment (monkey) was OK, sound-proofing is good. We have not tried their breakfast, so cannot say anything about it.

Probably the only thing that wasn't according to our taste is the type of floor in the apartment. It doesn't look like you want to walk barefoot on it, even though it is clean.

Near by tram and metro, very convenient. Good location. Room is really big, and prepare baby cot for us.

Clean, large comfortable room, great location, efficient, friendly, responsive staff. Close to supermarkets for shopping, close to tram and train.

- the staff is helpful and the space of the room is enough large for me. - the ticken is good for cook food - the room is warm - many shelf for put on the cloths and tidy up the lugguages. - strong wifi and lift is provided.

- the bed is two bed together but not a king size bed.

1) Transport: The hotel was at 5 min distance from the subway at train station,it's ideal if you want to travel around Viena (scenic trains, Budapest, Bratislava, Mauthausen...) The subway takes you in 5 stations to the centre too, The tram stops outside the hotel, convenient if you want to arrive there with luggage. 2) The man at the reception, Constantin was always helpful, and kind. 3) The hygiene was good, and the apartement on top floor was fantastic, zebra I think (size, views, kitchen equipment: microwave, fridge...). You have a supermarket opposite the hotel. I would always return there...

1) Booking process: I booked the room with a possibility of cancelation, but the hotel charged one night inmediatly without any notice. After checking my account and phoning at booking web client department (fantastic one) they called the hotel, and received and answer but it was different to the one I got after getting there, so it took me longer to find out that the hotel had given me back the money later the same day. Anyway I really think that the hotel should say clearly during the payment process that the first night will be charged to see if there is any credit and then given back the same day. 2) checking in: The first day I was given a different (less quality room), even after asking the woman at the reception if "it was the apartement on top floor". Only because I read the characteristics of the other kind of apartement I realized that it was not the one I booked. I complaint about it and it was quickly solved but in my opinion the woman didn't behave transparently...and it may not be the first time it happens, so I advise you to pay attention to this point. 3) The bathroom towels should be changed daily. 4) Breakfast: It would be great to have it in the cafeteria, is large and confy, but I found the prices too expensive to me (9 euros/each)

I love the design, the room-size and the fact, that the train station is very close. To have a car-parking is also very convenient!

I would have liked to have the bathroom better cleaned.

It's good value for money for a family with children. It's very clean, service is good and comfort level is good. We had an elephant appartment, which was the largest they offer - still, I was expecting it to be more spatious, while the layout of the flat was not great. All in all, it's a good place to stay for a city break, especially when you're not spending a lot of time in the room.

The location is not great, however 200m away from underground station, also tram station is in front of hotel which takes you directly to Schonbrunn. For other attractions you need to take underground. Also the quality of furnishings is average, flooring in particular I didn't like - it's minimalist style, but rather cheap. Not enough English-speaking TV channels.

It was large and airy. The staff could not do enough for you. Excellent location and it was the best value for money we stayed at in Europe

Very large room and within walking distance of easy local transport. Free wifi. Food shops everywhere.

1. Convenient loction: About ten minutes walk from the exit of West Vienna Station. From the West Vienna Station, you can reach many scenic spots by subways or street buses. 2. Large and clean room: This is a hotel with simple design interior. Clean and beautiful interior. My unit has a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom.......much larger than my expectation. The space and facilities are suitable for couple or small family. Though I'm a single traveler, I enjoyed the tidy and large room very much. 3. Nice staff: I met with three staffs, they were all kind, friendly and helpful.

Well located, especially for train travellers and for people who are active walkers. Public transport is readily available, but we prefer to walk. Easy eating is very close, and supermarkets. The room space is very open, clean and generous. The separation of lounge and sleeping areas is also good. Two TV sets and variable but free wifi were appreciated.

Although there was a neat alcove with a small refrigerator and an excellent coffee maker, the 'Kitchenette' facilities were not what we expected from our stay in several Apartmenthotels in other cities. The lack of a sink and any way of heating food meant that we were not able to produce a meal as we had hoped to do.

We got a great apartment (elephant room): with a bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen (equipped with 2 hot plates and a refrigerator) and a family room with a balcony (overlooking an inner courtyard). The room was cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is also great. Only 5 min walk from Westbanhof station, which includes all public transportation (Metro, tram, buses and train from and to the airport). The service was also very good, the receptionist very nice. The breakfast they offer is good (9 euro per person) but you could get a very nice breakfast in a Pastries shop located just outside the hotel for less. Two supermarkets and a pharmacy are located 3 min walk from the hotel. In the vicinity are a lot of coffee shop and restaurants.

The real room is not as good as what is being showed in pictures, and with strong smell of the painting hanging on the wall, had to leave the window open during the day to get off the smell.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very stylish and spacious! Rooms. Nice touch is the terrace. Perfect location regarding restaurants, shops and public transport in a nice city district. Extensive info folder (hotel and surroundings incl. Restaurants and what to do) in room.

For travelers having breakfast: have a look at the buffet before deciding where to eat. The receptionist actually gave the advice.
