Perfect apartment, brand new furniture, super fast Wi-Fi, kitchen is fully equipped. Overall 9/10

Not so close to the city center, 2 metro stations via U6 line and 4 via U3 line - around 15 minutes. First metro station 5-8 minutes from the apartment.

The apartmen was pretty big and the kitchen was full equiped.

First of all, in booking.com is not said that they charge 30€ for the final cleaning. So I wasn't 89€ for 2 nights but 119€. After booking starApartments sent us an email asking for the arriving time. We arranged a meeting at 14:00, and we were waiting there for 20 minuts. Nobody came. Later an Austrian guy who was staying in another top in the same building help us calling to starApartments. Finally we got the key, which was in a machine inside the building in which you had to introduce a code. All this instructions wasn't explained in the mail from starApartments. For the checking out, a guy knock the door and all he said was: check out. So in a very rude and unkind way he kicked us off. The apartment was in good condicions, but I can't say the same about the terrace. Was full of leaves and shit and we coud hardly see sky due to the high wall in the front.

It's near two tram stations, so in few minutes you can get on the centre. We could wash clothes and save money cooking. The apartment is comfortable and very clean but in the street always had strange people. It had a balcony, but it was not possible to use it because of the cold weather.

When we arrived in Wien, it was 11pm and we went to the Star Apartments as settled previously. But no one was there. We waited until midnight in the rain and cold. We tried to call, but no one answered the phone, so we had to go to another hotel by taxi, where we tried through booking.com to know what had happened. On the other day we tried again the phone and the person who went give the key said the manager made a mistake about the time, and it were happened other times before. Booking.com hasn`t answered our inquiry until now. The person made a good discount but the moments on the rain and afraid no one can delete.

Perfect apartment for short stay. I was in Vienna for a medical treatment and found comfort there like at home. There was everything you need - kitchenette, TV, internet, shops nearby. I also like the possibility to arrive whenever you want or can.

The doors can't be closed :) but it was not a problem for a couple.

Clean, most comfortable apartment-like suite especially for long-term stays (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacum cleaner..); for our purpose - close to Stadthalle absolutely perfect.

Our contact person was Martin, really helpful. Wireless internet was really good, as long as it worked! Actually we stayed 2 weeks and we only had problems twice, but for the whole day sort of. Finishing of the apart is new and modern but poor quality and badly maintained (none of the doors were closing :-), shower doors including.

The apart is described as having a second bedroom which is a bit confusing, it has only one bedroom, which is as big as to fit the bed and nothing else. But the couch in the living room is ok too. The location of the apart (no. 6) is at ground level, windows only in inner courtyards therefore not enough light (you could never say how the weather is outside!). The price was a bit too much for the area (real Balkans enclave in Vienna!).

The opinion is for Star Apartment - Haberlgasse 16, Top 9 The furnishing and kitchen equipment were good. The staff taking care of the key handover and maintenance of the apartment were extremely helpful - they even delivered (in person!) a pair of shoes forgotten by us at the address in Vienna we pointed out on the very next day.

The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows of the bedroom and the entrance hall are directly above the dustbins. It is impossible to air the rooms let alone disgusting view. The living room faces the next building wall and, therefore, there's no sunshine all day long. Be careful, as on the Star Apartments' web site it is written: 'As the place is situated on the courtyard side of the building, it is perfect if you want to lay back and relax after an exciting day in the city'. This is a sheer lie. . The apartment, it was said, to be cleaned before our arrival and yet it was swarming with long black hairs and dust. We requested a baby cot but it was impossible to use it as the mattress was bigger than the size of the cot. All the doors in the apartment couldn't be closed as they do not mach to the frames. These apartments are in the outskirts of Vienna and to be more precise in an emigrants' ghetto. We would never again stay in these apartments!

die Dame mit dem schlüssel war sehr sehr ungehalten und unfreundlich am Telefon, als sie erfahren hat, dass wir uns verspäten werden, da es am Flughafen Probelme mit unserem Gepäck gab - war nicht unsere Schuld - wa sie sehr ungehalten und frech. O-Ton " wie komm ich dazu, dass ich da jetzt ewig auf sie warten muss" kaum waren wir da, wollte die Frau auch sofort das Geld bar für den gesamten Aufenhalt. letztendlich konnten wir auch mit kreditkarte zahlen aber es war doch sehr seltsam und komsich, dass man gleich zu beginn, innerhalb der ersten 5 minuten, zahlen muss! abgesehen davon war es sehr schmutzig! Unser kleiner Sohn hat beim spielen auf dem boden einen alten Zehennagel gefunden - EKELHAFT! vom Appartment aus hat man einen Ausblick auf den Innenhof und die Mistkübel/Mülleimer.

Небольшой кухонный уголок оборудован всем необходимым для приготовления еды. Тихий хороший район недалеко от центра. Отличная цена!

Удобное местоположение (всего один транспорт до центра), есть все удобства для проживания, вся бытовая техника (включая посудомойку, стиральную машину и микроволновку). Одним словом отлично!

Не понравились только подушки - очень неудобные.

Sehr gute telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte super pünktlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Appartment ist großzügig, sauber, modern und geschmackvoll und bietet alles was man braucht einschließlich Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Ich würde es bei gleichem Preis jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Dusche war etwas "windig". Der Duschkopf ist bei der 2. Benutzung abgebrochen und die Duchwand löst sich bei der kleinsten Berührung aus der Fassung. Ich persönlich liebe alte Häuser, aber mein Freund fand das Treppenhaus etwas "gewöhungsbedüftig".

Közel a központhoz, jó közlekedés, boltok a közelben.

Írták, hogy nincs recepció, viszont ilyen keybox-os rendszer volt, amivel mi még nem találkoztunk, így kissé nehézkes volt a kulcsokhoz jutás. A hírdetésben ezt fel lehetne tüntetni, hogy hol található ez a doboz, hogy csak a kódért telefonáljunk.

La camera arredata in modo moderno e molto carina, completa di tutto quello che ti può servire (elettrodomestici, etc). La pulizia era ottima tranne il terrazzo che era molto sporco e non curato, pieno di foglie e per niente accogliente, incastrato tra due palazzi al pian terreno.

Il terrazzo orribile. La posizione non comodissima, non per i mezzi pubblici ma perché in zona non ci sono molti ristoranti e chiudono tutti prestissimo, troppo presto. Se si arriva di sabato è una tragedia. Tutto chiude alle 18 e la zona non offre molto.

Non esiste una reception! Appena arrivati ho dovuto chiamare il numero di Star Apartments e una signora mi ha dato indicazioni su come recuperare la chiave della stanza. Metodo scomodo e costoso!

L'appartamento era ricco di comfort, dal design moderno. Mi ha colpito la presenza anche di un ferro e di un asse da stiro e della lavatrice (non che uno, durante la propria vacanza, pensi a fare il bucato; ma non si sa mai se non possa servire!). Buono il riscaldamento (c'era la possibilità di regolare a proprio piacimento la temperatura del termostato); fantastico il grande televisore lcd con tanto di lettore Dvd. L'angolo cottura, anche se piccolino, aveva davvero tutto (dalla lavastoviglie al forno a microonde).

Non è stata gradevolissima l'accoglienza. Al di fuori dell'edificio che ospita lo Star Aparments (Haberlgasse 16) non vi è nulla che faccia pensare di essere arrivati a destinazione (nè un cartello, nè una etichetta sul citofono). Quando siamo arrivati credevamo addirittura di avere sbagliato indirizzo; anche perchè la responsabile della struttura, con la quale eravamo in contatto via email, ci aveva assicurato che sul posto, ad attenderci, avremmo trovato qualcuno (tanto che aveva voluto sapere con notevolo anticipo l'ora esatta del nostro arrivo, sottolineando che lo Star Apartments non è un albergo ragion per cui non vi era una Reception aperta h24). Invece,giunti sul posto all'orario esatto (14,30), non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare; ci ha risposto una donna che ci ha spiegato che, entrando, dopo una serie di rampe di scale, avremmo trovato una cassetta come quella delle lettere, collegata però ad una tastiera sulla quale avremmo dovuto digitare un codice, digitando il quale avremmo avuto le chiavi del nostro appartamento ("sputate" fuori dalla cassettina!). La procedura non è stata molto semplice (mi sembrava di essere in un film tipo Matrix!), anche perchè la voce della signora al cellulare arrivava lontanissima e a tratti; il suo inglese, come il mio, era piuttosto stentato... Insomma: sarebbe di gran lunga stato meglio conferire sul posto con qualcuno in carne ed ossa!!!

Le lit 2 places très confortable, mobilier design, grand écran plat avec lecteur DVD, WIFI gratuite.

Pas de micro onde ni de four et la salle de bain très étroite, impossible d'y rester à 2. Un peu loin des transports : 15 min à pied du métro. Eventuellement le bus à 5 min à pied.
