It's a tipical Star Inn hotel: nice room, up to date for buildings, services, cleaness, A/C, room's facilities; easy to park cars; good choice Not so close to Salzburg's downtown: you will be obliged to go there by car and to pay an expensive car parking fare for it. |

Ease of parking; free wireless with good signal; no attempts to make up my room before I left 10 mins before the 12 noon checkout Hotel fine, but very difficult to find even when you are near by. Needs advance directional signage and a big local sign. Had to ask at the other Etap nearby to find it. Re question on reviews below, cannot see any of this hotel |

Free internet works great. Room looks really modern and fancy. The hotel is located on a sort of a big shopping\business area. When we arrived we discovered that they allready charged our booking from my credit card, They told us that it was because of a "summer special" that we booked. The way that the receptionist explained this was not so friendly. |

Hotel is new, room is good size and it's a 3 star superior I would say. Breakfast was really good, staff friendly. Fair price for being Salzburg, which is pretty expensive. Nothing to complain about if not for our choice of the Airport location, there is also a Star Inn in the centre, and I didn't realise :-( |

Beds were big enough for two adults to sleep together. Location..i thought it would take 20mins to get to the town. But it took me more than 30mins to get to the center. 12 to 15 mins walk to the bus station, 25 mins to the train station( the end of bus #2) and 6 mins to the Mirabell gargen and the ferry terminal by #1, 5 bus...if you stay there more than 3 days, it would be ok,, but not for those who stay there 1 or 2 days. |

This is a quite new 3 star hotel, modern and clean in the room. Breakfast is good. We had a Summer Special price so in general it is worth try. And it is convenient to drive to get in this hotel. But would be less convenient to walk or go by bus by yourself. Just a bit pity that the double bed is not big enough if you have a child and it is too soft to sl |
