Location was just outside the historic center & a quick walk. My single room was well-appointed & very comfortable. Breakfast quality & selection were excellent. There was free wifi--which worked very well. The hotel provides excellent services & value for the money paid. I have no complaints. |

Good quiet location, great parking facility, very clean rooms, new hotel, helpful staff. The room got very hot and dry during the night - we had to open the window to get it cool - possibly just a malfunction of the thermostat because everything else was new and worked great. |

The convenience of the hotel and the room was fabulous. Big bed. Felt very comfortable walking to the old town from the hotel. About 5 min. walk. Very safe. |

My friend and I were surprised and delighted to be allocated such a lovely spacious room. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent position, only minutes away from the Alstadt! |

Very nice and comfortable hotel.. close to city center , within walking distance .. you need only 10 minutes by walking to be in city center.. bus stops infront of hotel .. and the rooms are very nice with nice layout.. |

It's a new location but at 3 stars much more to 2 only. No water in the room, no minibar, no internet conection even with the adverstising on your web site to be wirwless in the hotel. I didn't find it. Maybe is maybe not. The person from the lobby told me that he is not alble (qualified) to help me in this matter. The long tunnel which you have to pass by night, if you will be late in the city. The internet missing. The water and minibar missing. The lobby personnel which is not able to help you (like for the internet matter in my case). |

Everything was perfect! Good location (close to city center, quiet place). Clean stylish room with AC. Free WiFi Internet. Own underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. A lack of shelf in shower cubicle. |

Central location and clean modern rooms Our rooms were in a separate building at the back where anybody could walk in and I don't think I would have liked walking back to the room on my own. We also had to pay for our stay in advance which basically tells you that you're not trusted to pay the bill in the normal way. |
