Tout est bien ,chambre impeccable et grande, petit déjeuner très bien , situation parfaite pour visiter l'ancienne ville personnel très pro

le prix du parking 15€ pour une moto , c'est trop..donc nous avons laissé nos motos devant l'hôtel..

The bed in our room was far to hard like sleeping on a board. The rooms need at least a kettle and a fridge, would be nice when you have long stay.The pillows were well used and much to flat. No where to store toiletry bag in bath room.Breakfast is great, but far to expensive add this to the cost parking 15 euro a night and a deposit of 20 euro for the card to open the car park gate and the Hotel is a lot more expensive than than you think.its going to be...

Well placed for a short walk to the old town.

Short on parking when you first arrive, My husband had to sit in the car whilst I went inside to organise the underground parking.

Rooms were decent. Security was good. Helpful staff.

No electric kettle in room. No electric plug adaptor in room.

1-st floor rooms is too hot.even open window dont help.

The hotel has good location, walking distance to downtown. There are some restaurants near by. The room is cozy, bed is comfortable. Staffs are friendly.

The pillow is small and flat, there was no extra pillow available in the room.

Location was brilliant, just 10 mins to old town. Staff were really helpful and pleasant which isn't surprising when you think of the beautiful town they work in

Clean and efficient, bar in lobby, access to city center, good water pressure and lots of hot water, quiet rooms, English speaking staff.

No refrigerator in room, rooms lacked charm, no ice machine, parking tariff seemed excessive (15.00) for location.

U hotelu nista osobito.Grad, koji smo koristili kao usputnu stanicu ka Val Gardeni, ima izuzetan sarm koji vredi videti.

Izuzetno lose iskustvo sa osobljem, mlada neiskusna djevojka (sama) na recepciji koja nije operativna da resi gomilu problema koji su tu, mada ne njenom greskom. Na samom dolasku u hotel nije znala da otvori vrata od garaze tako da se napravila guzva na samom ulazu zbog koje smo izgubili 40 min. Na nasu zalbu zbog neefikasne usluge je bila dovoljno pristojna da nam uz izvinjenje vrati novac za koriscenje garaze. Kartice za ulazak u sobe nisu funkcionisale, tako da se na recepciji cesto moglo videti nekoliko gostiju koji se zale zbog istovetnog problema. Prilikom check outa vrlo nepristojni mladic je trazio da ipak platimo koriscenje garaze i nakon pojasnenja situacije nam se obratio sa "ok. go out" ! - Simply too much

The hotel was faultless and great value. Exceptionally clean, modern, the staff were professional and well trained. They went over and beyond their requirements and helped me to feed my tired and weary travelled children outside of normal hours. We will definitely stay there again.

The wi fi just a little slow but only a minor grumble :)

Location is perfect, just a few metres to the city centre. Good price/quality. Perfect breakfast for only 12 Euros. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

The only losing score are the mattrasses, very hard.

People at the reception are very nice and patient, near to everything, room and bathroom clean and big.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, walking distance to pretty much anything in Salzburg. Would stay again, without doubt.

The hairdryer was fairly useless in the bathroom.
