電話での応対、対面での応対ともに、とてもよかった。館内は明るく、部屋はシンプルで設備もよく、よい印象でした。地下駐車場の値段もリーズナブル。ロケーションもよい。車で行く方におすすめです。

ザルツブルグ音楽祭の祝祭劇場には、岩山のトンネルを通って直ぐの場所にあり、市内へのアクセスが非常に良い。子供連れなので、とても大きな部屋を割り当ててもらえるた。ベッドも大きく、部屋も広い。ホテルの前に、手頃な中華料理店があり、味・サービスも良い。音楽祭期間中でも値段は手頃。

駐車場を利用する場合には、事前予約をしておいた方が良い。特に、音楽祭の頃は、近くの巨大な公営駐車場でさえ満車になるので、予約必須。当方は、最初「事前の予約がない」と言われたが、再度頼み込んで、偶然空いていた区画を割り当ててもらったが、予約しておけばスムーズだった。

旧市街には馬洗い場のトンネルを抜けてすぐと近く、観光には便利なロケーションだった。駅までのバス停もすぐ前にある。機能的なビジネスホテルといった感じだが、新しいので冷房もあり夏も快適だと思う。

ホテルの横からも入り口があり、誰でも入れそうでちょっと怖かった。部屋のドアがちゃんとしまらず、すぐ開いてしまって、一日中空いてたのも気づかなかった。治安がいいのでよかったが・・・。朝食は美味しいし、立地も観光にいい場所だった。

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is ideally situated for easy walking access to the old city and all the sights and attractions. (Just go through the tunnel which is safe, and you are there)! The price is reasonable and there is a good breakfast area with very good breakfast for 10 euro.

Good location, walking distance from Salzburg old town. Spotlessly clean, good decor throughout. Good breakfast selection. Underground car park which was secure. Great shower

Generally helpful staff but on one occasion we had to ask for the room to be cleaned early as my wife was not well. The room was cleaned fairly quickly but no-one bothered to inform us so we were waiting an hour in reception before I went to check only to find it was complete. Small point but it would have made all the difference

Modern, simple, clean and efficient

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Good value for the hotel. The location was good and within easy walking distance of several restaurants and a major shopping area.

I think the hotel should provide hand towels and washcloths in addition to the bath towels.

For a reasonable rate, the hotel provided very nice accomodations and good access to my personal meeting (prime reason for this visit), the city, and the bahnhof. It was also just far enough away from heavy tourist traffic and noise to provide some quiet.

It was a surprise to be charged for a local telephone call. If I had known, I would have used my handy.

Spacious, modern and clean room, with powerful shower. Location to town and the airport was excellent.

Bad pillows!

Location was good and the room was very clean and spacious.

The pillows in the room could be better. They were too thin and soft! Breakfast was overpriced at 10 euro per person. However, we noticed in Salzburg that bakeries and cafes do not open until 9-9.30am and most are reserved, therefore it was always difficult to find somewhere to eat in the morning. The hotel should take this into consideration and should reduce the price of breakfast.
