location not far from the center, and the bus stop just near the hotel to railway station. Quiet and clean.

Clean and efficient, bar in lobby, access to city center, good water pressure and lots of hot water, quiet rooms, English speaking staff.

No refrigerator in room, rooms lacked charm, no ice machine, parking tariff seemed excessive (15.00) for location.

U hotelu nista osobito.Grad, koji smo koristili kao usputnu stanicu ka Val Gardeni, ima izuzetan sarm koji vredi videti.

Izuzetno lose iskustvo sa osobljem, mlada neiskusna djevojka (sama) na recepciji koja nije operativna da resi gomilu problema koji su tu, mada ne njenom greskom. Na samom dolasku u hotel nije znala da otvori vrata od garaze tako da se napravila guzva na samom ulazu zbog koje smo izgubili 40 min. Na nasu zalbu zbog neefikasne usluge je bila dovoljno pristojna da nam uz izvinjenje vrati novac za koriscenje garaze. Kartice za ulazak u sobe nisu funkcionisale, tako da se na recepciji cesto moglo videti nekoliko gostiju koji se zale zbog istovetnog problema. Prilikom check outa vrlo nepristojni mladic je trazio da ipak platimo koriscenje garaze i nakon pojasnenja situacije nam se obratio sa "ok. go out" ! - Simply too much

The hotel was faultless and great value. Exceptionally clean, modern, the staff were professional and well trained. They went over and beyond their requirements and helped me to feed my tired and weary travelled children outside of normal hours. We will definitely stay there again.

The wi fi just a little slow but only a minor grumble :)

Location is perfect, just a few metres to the city centre. Good price/quality. Perfect breakfast for only 12 Euros. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

The only losing score are the mattrasses, very hard.

People at the reception are very nice and patient, near to everything, room and bathroom clean and big.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, walking distance to pretty much anything in Salzburg. Would stay again, without doubt.

The hairdryer was fairly useless in the bathroom.

Close to the city centre, with a nice view over the surroudings from the terrace. Next to a supermarket, it's an excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. The staff is nice enough. Breakfast was not brilliant but definitely acceptable.

The rooms are very very very small. This is nothing resembling a 'comfortable' hotel. It is very good but strictly as a budget hotel. The prices are not cheap but then maybe Salzburg is an expensive city. This has the look, feel and attitude of a strictly budget hotel / hostel.

Bed was too small for two persons (we have had the suite) WLAN Login very annoying (need to LOGIN with SMS Mail every time when we came back to room)

We stayed there for ny eve for two days and werent disappointed. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I can discribe it step by step but simply any question about star inn comes to your mind, the answer to this is "yes, go there". Will come back in summer for few days

Very nice staff, great location to Old Town

Parking was expensive and parking lot was hard to reach during traffic hours since the road was blocked.

Early check was available 5min walk from shopping area On bus route for EuropaPark 10min taxi ride from airport

The breakfasts were awesome! Clean room and a really good price for the location - so close to the old part of the city. We travelled with 2 children, 11 and 8 - and they were catered for well in the same room as us. I'd definitely book again. Did I mention the high breakfast quality? ;-)

Only note of complaint was that the drinks at the bar were a bit weak on spirits - and they had no Tonic Water for our beloved Gin&Tonics!

Internet service is the clumsiest I've ever seen There are no English channels on tv

cheap uncomfortable beds - just a foam matress on a board. Does not fit with the modern decor. Would certainly look elsewhere for a mystery deal on a last minute accommodation website. When we needed a doctor, the reception had no idea, suggested maybe the hospital, but of no real help.

Big room, big than expected from the photos, and it was nice. Nice bathroom, clean and the hotel was in a good location.

Walking distance or short bus ride to old or new city snd the Schlossburg! Rooftop view and very friendly staff when I was very sick! Wonderful hospitality! Danke!

The bed was terribly hard, pillows too soft and blankets too thin escpially in winter conditions

The position of the hotel is excellent : in three minutes you are in center by feet

Well I stayed in a bungalow and I thought it to be cute and cozy, easy access to the city centre. Great location.

Location, location, location. We have visited Salzburg 4 times now and stayed at the Star Inn Zentrum each time. Very fortunate we discovered it on our first visit. There is parking on site. A 2 minute walk and you are in the Centro, the historic part of Salzburg--not to mention shopping. Salzburg is a great city and the Star Inn is our recommendation to stay. They have internet access and a wonderful breakfast.
