Chambre avec petit salon sympa, locaux propres et bien situes car a cote du metro et vous etes a une ou deux stations des principaux centres d'interet. Petit dejeuner correcte, je n'est pas bien compris la difference entre le petit dejeuner continental et celui avec supplement de 14.5€, ne prenez pas de viande et c'est bon. Petit detail, vous avez une sireuse a chaussures dans l'entree Oreillets et couettes avec des plumes. Ne demandez rien apres 22h30 qui oblige la personne a quitter la reception, il n'y a pas moyen. |

Our room, as we requested, was totally quiet. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was centrally located for our plans. The tour to Prague, arranged through the hotel couldn't be topped. The breakfast buffet was always filled with fresh food. |

The location; the proximity to the U-Bahn station. The AC was ineffectual. The design of the room was very gaudy. The breakfast was a joke. The internet should be free. I had booked for three nights but I cancelled after the first and went to the nearby Hilton, which was cheaper! |

The suit room was nice. The continental breakfast was tricky. The staff did not explain me enough the difference between the included continental breakfast and additional charge of the breakfast. |

The location of the hotel to the underground train and the major historical sites. I had asked for two twin beds and was given a room with a queen bed. Also the room had views of the corners of the hotel. |

Great location in centre of Vienna & excellent staff who really want to help. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Having no smoking rooms is great! Wireless internet signal on top floor is not very strong so had a few problems. The Continental breakfast is very limted. |
