The staff at the front desk were very friendly and charming and helped me willingly with questions regarding Vienna.I also liked being able to have my breakfast up in my room. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated.

There was a confusion regarding the breakfast : My understanding of what the continental breakfast was and what the buffet breakfast was not clear. I think the difference between the two types of breakfast could be made more clear.

Clean & large rooms.

WiFi used to be free, but now it has been replaced with vouchers you need to purchase from the reception. Not very convenient.

The hotel was very comfortable, in the center,the staff were helpfull,the A/C was good.I will visit it again =)

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna.

The suite was enormous, one of the biggest i have seen in hotels of such rating. Also the facilities available were excellent, not to mention a very cordial and helpful staff.
