Prima hotel. echter toch weer gezeur over ontbijt. (zie ook andere referenties). Ondanks dat we uitleg hebben gehad, en braaf elke ochtend alleen continentaal ontbijt namen, werden we toch 1x aangeslagen voor ontbijt buffet. Dus of maak de kamer iets duurder en geef volledig ontbijt. Of maak de kamer iets goedkoper. en laat altijd bijbetalen voor ontbijt ben je van het gezeur af. |

ruime kamers, comfort op kamer met extra kitchenette.goed onderhouden.behulpzaam correct en coulant personeel. kamers veel en veel te warm, cv niet zelf te regelen met als gevolg dat je ramen op zet. hoezo milieubewust beleid? belachelijk dunne kussens.Bizar en onduidelijk ontbijtbeleid, wekt irritatie en onbegrip bij klanten. |

Ons werd bij uitchecken buffet ontbijt in rekening gebracht, zonder dat we dat - althans zo hadden wij dat begrepen - hadden gebruikt. Toen ik bij het afrekenen tot mijn schrik 54 euro bij moest betalen en daar mijn verbazing over uitte, werd ik op een zeer onplezierige manier behandeld. |

Spacious rooms, very central location, foot walk from the inner city. Staff is friendly, even the continental breakfast is generous. Will come back. |

Great location in centre of Vienna & excellent staff who really want to help. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Having no smoking rooms is great! Wireless internet signal on top floor is not very strong so had a few problems. The Continental breakfast is very limted. |

The high standard of the suit, the calm and no noise and the modern technology of using the paid internet for minuts used rather than counting the time from the first log in. International outging call tarif is expensive. The breakfast mechanism (allowing all guests for the Bufeit breakfast with 5 Eur additional charge per guest will add more value to the hotel). |

Location was perfect - especially for a family with young children - right on the corner of the city park and yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Plenty of restaurants around the area meant we didn't need to walk into town in the evening. Small supermarket just around the corner. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Room maintained a temperature of around 24 degrees; a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Air conditioning didn't seem to work, but to be fair, we didn't feel compelled enough to raise this issue with the hotel staff. Apartment doesn't really have the kitchen facilities I expected - just a small area with sink, microwave, cutlery and crockery for two and a fully stocked mini bar. |

It is located in a good location. Personnel is friendly and hotel rooms are good. There is two types of breakfast in the hotel. They say that continental one is free of charge but buffet one is 17 Euro/person. It is not possible to separate these two option on the breakfast table because there is only few option for the breakfast. We paid 34 Euro with my wife to be able to eat only 2 cakes and 1 egg!! |

great location next to the Kursalon. Spacious and comfortable suites with all amenities. Friendly staff carefull; at breakfast there is a confusing difference between a continental (included) and a buffet option. You will easily be charged for another € 14,- p.p. |
