rahat, konforlu, sıcak bir ortam. ulaşım her yere çok kolay. otel çalışanları çok ilgili. suit odalarda mikrodalga fırında kendi yemeğinizi yapma imkanı da var. alakart kahvaltıda ne yazık bizim vazgeçilmezimiz olan peynir ve zeytin yok. |

Our room, as we requested, was totally quiet. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was centrally located for our plans. The tour to Prague, arranged through the hotel couldn't be topped. The breakfast buffet was always filled with fresh food. |

The suite with available facilities for resting and having coffee or tea in the room. Easy approach to city centre. Internet wifi connection not available in the rooms. |

The location; the proximity to the U-Bahn station. The AC was ineffectual. The design of the room was very gaudy. The breakfast was a joke. The internet should be free. I had booked for three nights but I cancelled after the first and went to the nearby Hilton, which was cheaper! |

The suit room was nice. The continental breakfast was tricky. The staff did not explain me enough the difference between the included continental breakfast and additional charge of the breakfast. |

The location of the hotel to the underground train and the major historical sites. I had asked for two twin beds and was given a room with a queen bed. Also the room had views of the corners of the hotel. |

Great location in centre of Vienna & excellent staff who really want to help. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Having no smoking rooms is great! Wireless internet signal on top floor is not very strong so had a few problems. The Continental breakfast is very limted. |

The high standard of the suit, the calm and no noise and the modern technology of using the paid internet for minuts used rather than counting the time from the first log in. International outging call tarif is expensive. The breakfast mechanism (allowing all guests for the Bufeit breakfast with 5 Eur additional charge per guest will add more value to the hotel). |
