Very quiet, great location.

The delux room was not as big as we anticipated. The hallway and the bathroom take a lot of space.

It would be good to have some children facilities, such as playroom with toys. :))

The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet that we bought for an additional 27 Euros a day was of good quality.

The two boxed breakfast that we were charged 27 Euros each was not acceptable. It had one sandwich with white bread, one slice of meat(ham maybe?), one apple, one orange and one slice of white cake. We didn't eat the white bread or cake and had to discard the fruit and the juice at the airport!!

Perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable. In our next time in Viena, We certainly would stay there again.

We think 28,00 euro for breakfast (per person) is a bit expensive.

This is a first-rate hotel in every way. The rooms and design of the hotel are very tasteful and the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, and the hotel is centrally located (a block down from Cafe Centrale), and has its own lovely cafe/bar and spa. I give it my highest recommendation.

Great hotel, really spectacular. Received a free upgrade and had the minibar restocked daily for free. Excellent location within walking distance of all of the city attractions.

Like many Euro hotels, the air conditioning was a little weak (many hotels have no air conditioning, of course), but the windows open and the city isn't too loud. A very minor complaint.

The location was excellent. The bed in the room was great, they had an extra comfort program with extra pillow options, wam water bottles etc. Also free minibar filling in the room.

The Superior room was very small. No bathtub in the bathroom. There was no large mirror in the room.

Great location, right in the centre of all the best sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Hair drier in the room kept cutting out (it was probably a safety device but still annoying). Internet rather slow and you needed to login again every time you tried to use it

Great location, everything in walking distance. The staff at the reception was very helpful. Nice sauna and resting aera - after hours of touring walks in snowy vienna and museums.

Breakfast was good.

The reception personal was not skilled to use the booking system and even small changes in the booking took like half an hour waiting! They have the dusty '70 style wall-to-wall carpets in the rooms.

Excellent location 5 min from Graben, great comfy rooms, very helpful and nice stuff.

The international staff was excellent and accommodating. There was nothing that could not be addressed by any of them. It is a very clean, modern hotel with large bathrooms. Private bath stall.

I was surprised the hotel offered the barest of product: 1 tiny tiny bar of soap and no other accessories.

The location is perfect! All sights can be reached within 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Just next to the hotel there is the famous Cafe Central - wonderful place to have breakfast or just a cup of coffee.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and sometimes didn't work at all. Could hardly use Internet. The breakfast room is far too small. Tables stay too close to each other and it's absolutely not cozy to eat there. But this defect was easily compensated by the fact that there are numerous cafes in a few steps from the hotel where one can eat better and cheaper than in the hotel.
