フロントの対応が悪い。他のお客も不満を言っていた。全体にやる気の無さを感じる。チップを置いても、２日目からアメニティーサービスが滞った。２人で泊まっていることは分かってるはずなのに、バスロープが１着しか置かれてなかった。 朝食が２６ユーロで高い。近くの７時半から開店している、有名なカフェセントラルで十分。 |

ベットﾒｲｷﾝｸﾞの際に部屋や洗面所の掃除をしてくれる所が良い。 ＪＳＴＶが受信できればもっと良い。カードキーの反応が良くなかった。 |

Excellent location, personnel extremely helpful and nice, quite confortable room, definitely great price/value ratio The only thing I did not like was that during my two days stay, the wireless internet in my room (# 118) did not work, the signal was too weak. When I tried at the bar near the lobby the signal was OK |

Nive and polite staff. Good knowledge of English and ready to help. Each room had a kettle and tea selection which made me fell welcomed and closer to home :) Unfortunately, the cleaners were not as efficient as I expected them to be - the beds were changed only once every three weeks and dusting/howering was only seldom on their agenda |

Very nice room with mini bar included. Luxury break away and would recommend the hotel with it's very central location. Breakfast not included in the room rate which was not cheap in the first place. Lack of atmosphere in the bar and restuarant which people were staying away from due to the high prices. |

Good design We had to ask for the coffee/tea sachets to be renewed each day. Also the price of the breakfast was not reflected in what was on offer. 26 euros per head was far too high. Why did they try to charge that? There is better value and quality at the Cafe Central down the road. Breakfast should be included in the price. We preferred Das Triest hotel. A much nicer place. |

Staff were very friendly and helpfulful at all times. The hotel is very modern whilst maintaining the character of its past - a link between old and new. Hotel provides an excellent breakfast selection. |

Excellent staff, design, size of the superior room, piano bar, location. For a 5 stars hotel there should have been slippers and bath robes in all rooms, not only the de luxe ones. |
