Наиприветлевейший персонал, идущий навстречу по любым вопросам (бесплатное продление чек-аута до 15-00). Красивый и свежий интерьер. Стоимость напитков из минибара входит в стоимость номера. |

Дизайн интерьера, чистота в номере, тишина на этажах, расположение - самый центр Вены, Все рядом. Недостаток - в номерах нет BD. |

очень красиво, стильно,чисто. персонал на ресепшин внимателен и дружелюбен. приличный завтрак и рано начинается - удобно при раннем отъезде. тапочеки в номер. |

Прекрасное месторасположение в самом центре. Интерьер стильный, все новое, очень чисто. Не все горничные профессиональны. Впервые .пропали некоторые мелочи из косметики. Завтраки дорогие. |

Хорошее месторасположение, доброжелательная и спокойная атмосфера, тихие номера. Отличная кухня, хорошо организованный шведский стол и прекрасный новогодний ужин в ресторане. 1. Улучшить работу портье - гостей не встречают при входе и приезде в отель, не помогают поднести багаж от машины до рецепции. 2. Требуется существенно улучшить качество работы персонала в баре - приходится долго ждать официанта и исполнения заказа, при том, что гостей в баре немного. |

I liked the location of the hotel. Many things for example the housekeeping were not changing the towels some times and also the bath room is not re-filled with the shower gell like the other five star hotels. |

excellent location to visit the historical city inside the Ring, close to the Herrengasse U-Bahn station, clean and spacious room, discrete and polite personnel a bit noisy in the morning; the rooms could be better heated as the cold season came; no place to put the towels after the shower |

I got a free upgrade to a junior suite (room 706 - excellent); magnificent bathroom, very quiet room, slept like a baby. I will definitely stay here again. |

Great luxury hotel, location could'nt be better, complimentary minibar, very nice rooms, frinedly people. We will certainly come back another time! Breakfast is a little expensive considering you have Demel around the corner. |

staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were well laid out, spacious and the decor was stylish. The bar was inviting, comfortable and relaxing I know it's a cxontinental thing but I wish they used double beds instead of two singles pushed together so my elbow and knee wouldn't get jammed. Other than that I just wished I could have stayed longer.. |

We were upgraded to a suite and were thrilled with the accommodations. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, professional, and extremely helpful. Hotel is very cool, we loved it and can't wait to come back! We had a very unpleasant sewer gas odor in both rooms on morning of check out. It seemed to be internal, although the front desk said they believed it was external. |

We loved staying at the Steigenberger it was very cloes to the city centre surrounded by beautiful buildings and Ubahn directly behind the hotel.Within walking distance of the Hofburg, Rathaus, Kunsthistoriches museum,Parliament house and Burgtheater not to mention the parks and cathedrals. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff were exceptional |

The free mini bar was useful for the soft drinks and water. Some of the staff were very friendly. The wellness is centre was ok. Some of the other members of staff were rude and even miserable. I expected a 5 star hotel, but I don't think it merits 5 stars. |

Excellent 5 star hotel, right in the center, 5-10 minutes walk from main sights and museums. Great spacious rooms, beautiful modern design. We arrived at 11:50 at the hotel and they did not chack us in till 2pm.. Probably they were so fully booked out... |

The location of the hotel is very good, free mini bar. rooms are small but very nice. The Internet setup is not the best, You got to get a new pass keycode everyday to get online. |
