The location: its in the center and metro station is few meters away, spacious room, good bed, very good breakfast, good restaurant. Friendly personnel. Cold drinks in the fridge. It is a perfect hotel. People can still smoke in the bar, although the smoking area was separate, the smell was there.

The location is just 5 min from the shopping area. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Some of the staff are not so friendly, though they provide a good service.

Superior location!!! A few steps from Hofburg and you are found in a silent place with its charming atmosphere. Nearby there are Ferstel Palace and famous Cafe Central, Freyung Square with small market on Fridays and Saturdays. We paid for our room ( for a week ) 5 months ago. And as a result we've got a uncomfortable room with a wardrobe near our beds, on the first floor, moreover, our window overlooked the underground entrance and dumsters.

The location is really perfect to visit Vienna. The room was big, beautiful, quiet and the personal efficient. Avoid the 28€ breakfast, since it is possible to have a very nice one for 7.5€ by the very nice Cafe Central 50 meters away. No plug close to the desk in the room, which could be a problem for a business trip.

Very quiet, great location. The delux room was not as big as we anticipated. The hallway and the bathroom take a lot of space.

The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet that we bought for an additional 27 Euros a day was of good quality. The two boxed breakfast that we were charged 27 Euros each was not acceptable. It had one sandwich with white bread, one slice of meat(ham maybe?), one apple, one orange and one slice of white cake. We didn't eat the white bread or cake and had to discard the fruit and the juice at the airport!!

Perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable. In our next time in Viena, We certainly would stay there again. We think 28,00 euro for breakfast (per person) is a bit expensive.

This is a first-rate hotel in every way. The rooms and design of the hotel are very tasteful and the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, and the hotel is centrally located (a block down from Cafe Centrale), and has its own lovely cafe/bar and spa. I give it my highest recommendation.

Great hotel, really spectacular. Received a free upgrade and had the minibar restocked daily for free. Excellent location within walking distance of all of the city attractions. Like many Euro hotels, the air conditioning was a little weak (many hotels have no air conditioning, of course), but the windows open and the city isn't too loud. A very minor complaint.

Great location. Central to everything. Room was ready when we arrived (we requested 2 hours early check in). Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was overpriced at 25 euro per person.

The location was excellent. The bed in the room was great, they had an extra comfort program with extra pillow options, wam water bottles etc. Also free minibar filling in the room. The Superior room was very small. No bathtub in the bathroom. There was no large mirror in the room.
